The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a full bath. There's also a half bathroom for guests. The living room has plush seating, a mounted TV, and a gas fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere during cooler desert evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, a breakfast table, and extras like a Crock-Pot, smoothie maker, and waffle maker. A separate dining table seats the group for meals together. The private balcony overlooks the community and includes a grill for outdoor cooking.
