The address is Dayton KY, but it’s walking distance to lots of local shops and 5 minute drive to the aquarium. Nice floor plan. Back yard is super kid friendly. Off street parking. It’s an old house with loads of old house charm and up-to-date amenities. The AC works well. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couch.

A party of three stayed here; all from out of town, and enjoyed our weekend immensely. We actually never even went into Cincinnati; there was enough to see and do in this area. The property is a lovely old home with wonderful architecture and spacious rooms (well, except for the bathrooms, which is to be expected in an older house). We enjoyed relaxing in the living room, making breakfast in the kitchen, and sleeping well in the three bedrooms (plus there was the entire attic that we didn't use). We did opt to park on the street, as the alley parking spot was VERY tight, but the neighborhood was so quiet we had no concerns about doing that. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed here. One of our kids booked it the first time and we loved it so much we booked it again. We were in town for a graduation from Xavier. It was an easy 20 minute drive. The house is well maintained, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is wonderful. We will return a third time… and more.

We had a great time. The property was clean and the location was great. A quick drive to the Great American Ballpark, so easy we decided to catch a second game while we were there. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. While walking the area there were plenty of friendly people that were happy to point out local places to visit.

Host was easy to communicate with. House was clean and perfect for our trip. Top floor did get a bit warm but fans were provided from the start and that helped a lot. Driveway situation was a bit confusing due to neighboring residents blocking entrance with a bonfire, but that was no fault of our host. Overall great stay.

The property was roomy, nicely decorated and pretty clean. There was quite a bit of debris and cigarette butts in the back yard. The beds are very firm, they are not very comfortable. For a short stay it was a great place. The contact I and with the property management was amazing, timely and very accomadating.

Matt was very responsive! The place was the perfect location and very walkable to many breakfast places, restaurants, and taverns. Perfect for a family and easy access to all the major attractions such as Newport Aquarium and the zoo. 10/10 recommend!

I love this town ant the home is classic, charming and very comfortable. They made sure that we were comfortable and checked in on us a couple of time to see if we needed anything. We had a terrific stay! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the location was excellent with plenty of shops nearby. Matt was a wonderful host with clear and helpful communication from the start. After our stay, he truly went above and beyond when we accidentally left something behind. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and worked quickly with us and the cleaning team to help us retrieve it. We’re very grateful for his attentiveness and hospitality.

Great place to stay for two couples over 60 traveling together! All bedrooms being upstairs wasn’t a problem. My husband and I used the third floor “attic” bedroom because the second full bathroom was attached. Stairs to the third floor were a little steep but manageable. Charming space, very comfortable. The whole house was warm and cozy on some very cold January days. So pretty, stylish and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our week plus stay. The home was cozy and open on the main level for family meals etc. but enjoyed the 2 upper levels for privacy. Beds were very comfortable and all being king or queens was a plus for our tall family. Nice to be out of the city traffic etc. but still so close to where we wanted to go.

Very nice updated Historic home. Very comfortable beds. Temperature alittle difficult to adjust to all rooms. There are 3 floors. I gave the accurate description a 3 star because as a old home the stairs are not to todays code. If stairs are an issue for you....stairs are steep and shallow to all floors. Getting luggage up and down was a bit of a challenge. No mention of stairs in description of property. Parking in front of house is your best option as spots off alley are marked once you locate them off a side driveway, but then bringing luggage,etc; means a longer journey to the front door. Location and neighborhood great and checkin/ check out easy. Mangement super responsive to a few issues we had.

Very nice home and location was great. Home was also well stocked with all necessities. Great communication from host! Our only complaint and advisement for anyone who is considering staying here during hot weather is that 2 of the beds and one full bathroom is on the 3rd level of the home and it was very difficult to cool off this level. Depending on your ability to sleep in warm temperatures you may not be able to use that level. Please note when we stayed here it was 90 degrees in Dayton.

Very nice, spacious house and everything is well kept up. Awesome AC for hot months including central air as well as portable units for mega hot days to assist the central air. Host communicated well. PLENTY of very nice beds that were very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

I cannot express how amazing the communication is with Grand Welcome. No matter what the question or issue may have been, they were always just minutes away from responding. No question was too silly, all comments were responded to and I was made to feel very at home with the process. We stayed at this AirBnb four nights while attending a conference. We were just on the outskirts of town but the drive was easy and all freeways. The little town is just amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend Bellevue Bistro! Small, but the food is SO YUMMY! It does not disappoint. There are the riverboats just down the street, we did not have time for them, but would consider it during future stays. Newport Aquarium is also super close and my adult children even enjoyed this! About an hour away was The Ark Encounter, definitely worth seeing! I would definitely come back here!

Our group of 9 fit nicely into this house. Be aware that the 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and only one bathroom. The location of the property was very convenient to all of the local attractions, but it was a bit confusing getting to and from Cincinnati due to the crazy highway traffic patterns. Parking in back was difficult to maneuver, so we kept one car in the front and one car in the parking at the back of the house. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so be sure everyone in your group can climb stairs. The property was clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen met our needs. The TV worked well for movies at night and had lots of options, including Netflix, Disney, YouTube, and Paramount. When we arrived, my young granddaughters exclaimed, "I love this place!" If you are looking for a relatively large house at a reasonable price in the Cincinnati area, and you are able to climb stairs, I highly recommend this location.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a great setup for multiple people. The home is well maintained and nicely renovated and has a charming historic feel to it which I loved. The third level is like a converted attic space which has 2 beds and a full bath and is really spacious. I would just caution the steps are really steep and carpeted and I slipped down the steps and really hurt myself. So if you aren’t good with steps overall make note of this. The AC wasn’t working when we got there and something was broken they had someone out there to address it within the hour and no problems from then on. I liked the speed of response. The location is right off of a Main Street with lots of restaurants, a grocery store and everything you would immediately need to make your stay comfortable. With in a 10 min drive you can get to downtown Cincinnati. We visited the Creation Museum (30 mins) and the Ark Encounter (45 mins). If you love pizza try Fessler’s. Would recommend this home

We really liked staying here! We had the AC give up on us the first night and it was fixed quickly and we were kept in the loop which was fantastic. The location is awesome, and the home and neighborhood are adorable. Check in and out were great, and my smalls loved the attic room. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was clean, neat, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The layout was great, and we felt completely comfortable and secure throughout our stay. While a few of the blinds were missing, it didn’t bother us much since the house felt private and safe. The only real issue was that the second floor didn’t get quite as cool as we would’ve like. It was more comfortable than cold. But all in all, this is a beautiful home that we’d gladly stay in again!

We didn't plan all of our activities in advance & found ourselves near everything we wanted & needed. It's also in a lovely neighborhood with old architecture that is fun to look at. The stairs in this house are quite steep with all bedrooms up 1 & 2 flights of steps. The floors upstairs creak quite loudly, especially at 3am when you're trying to use the restroom quietly. The main floor was great for a large group (we had 7 adults) and had a lovely time visiting with plenty of seats & room to sprawl out.

Great location! Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants and bars. Host was easy to communicate with and resolved a minor issue very quickly.

The washer and dryer was not functional. Lamps in the second room shades but no bulbs. Maybe for decoration but the room itself was clean. The ceilings could've been more clear of webs, including the porch. The host listed food items would be available to avoid the store right away, and it wasn't. The neighbor who complained we were loud after 11 was disturbing. I was confused due to the roofers across the street working before 7am. A house at the corner had a loud band playing after midnight but the neighbor stated none of this. Other than that for the price great choice. The host was great!!!
