Franny and Luke’s place was great, it was a beautiful and clean home, in a great area with lots in walking distance, great little neighborhood for walks with children, beautiful nearby beaches, and a really a great place for the family! Franny was very responsive and attentive to any needs during our stay, we appreciated such a great host!

How can I put this easily? When can we go back!?!?!? We frequent Maine every year, and we are always searching where to stay. Well, the search is over. This will be our Maine home for years to come! Communication with them was so effortless, it was like talking with friends and family. So quick to respond and willing to anything to make our stay comfortable.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was meticulously decorated with so much attention to detail, and everything was spotless from the moment we walked in. It felt warm and welcoming, with no shortcuts taken—high-quality appliances, comfortable furniture, and beautiful décor throughout. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the beach, a quick drive to nearby towns, and close to plenty of amenities. It truly had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for the 7 of us, with lots of space and it was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. Franny and Luke responded immediately when we had questions and were very helpful! We had an excellent stay in Wells, Maine!

Beachwood Getaway

We recently spent a week at the house on Beachwood Terrace. We found the house clean, spacious, well appointed and perfect for our large family group of nine. It is a quiet location but an easy drive to the grocery and multiple restaurants. We especially enjoyed the patio with the fire pit in the evening and the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Crescent beach was a short walk and and enjoyed by everyone. Franny (host) reached out to check on us and was responsive to any questions that I had. We had a very enjoyable Maine vacation.

Enjoyed our stay, but the downstairs bedrooms (which did not have AC) were hot to sleep in at night. The beach was a bit more than a walk from the house as well. Otherwise the house was great and well stocked and Luke and Franny were very responsive and great hosts!

Franny and Luke’s home was perfect for our Maine vacation. It was immaculate and so comfortable. They have all the necessities to get a family started as soon as they begin their stay. A great spot for a morning walk to the ocean with your coffee and easy drive to Crescent Beach. So much to do in Maine but we especially enjoyed kayaking at the Rachel Carson Reserve, walking the Marginal Way in Ogunquit and fishing off the jetty. Thank you Franny and Luke for sharing your beautiful home and making it such an easy stay.
