We had a great stay . Franny and Luke communicated well and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. Check in and Check out was extremely easy. Looking out to the ocean from inside the house was wonderful. Restaurant choices were close and were very good. We had a great time and will definitely come back to this house in the future.

Great little house right on the beach with a few restaurants just a block away. Great base for our long weekend! Host were very responsive when we had issues and were proactive with all the information we needed. Plus, all the shower amenities that are missing at other places.

We loved our stay right across from the ocean. The view was beautiful, and the house was comfortable with plenty of room and seating for a large family or a smaller group. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There were ample beach chairs and towels and we received a nice welcome gift of popcorn which we enjoyed on the beach! We miss the location already! Thank you

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We felt right at home. The host, (Franny)was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She also provided a restaurant recommendation which we loved!! What a great place to forget about the real world for a while. We would definitely stay here again.

For the location and the number of people it sleeps, this house can't be beat! It was just right for our multi-family get-together with multiple beds in each room, several different hang out spaces, and access to the beach, good food, good drinks, and coffee all within a 1-2 minute walk. The hosts were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

You really cannot beat the location and views from this quaint cottage right on the boulevard. The closed porch encased in windows was wonderful for our family with littles and dogs as it provided safety without sacrificing our beach view. The large deck off the bedrooms upstairs was also a lovely and relaxing spot to take in the sights. Owners were very friendly and available for any needs throughout the stay. We loved the small conveniences of having additional beach chairs, toys and kites available. Kitchen was well equipped, internet worked, and grill was handy. We honestly were a little worried about the lack of a dishwasher, but found that we were able to keep up with the dishes with ease. Nothing a few extra paper plates can’t fix. As noted, there is room for 2 large SUV’s or 3 small cars. Driveways are shared but we had no issues coming in or out. Showers are tight but very on brand for what the old school cottages of yesteryear offered. Water pressure was great, which is always helpful after a day of sun and sand. We had a wonderful stay here at this cottage and would definitely stay again.
