🌊 We love welcoming pets! Up to 2 pets are allowed at La Brisa. A pet fee of $30 per pet per day applies and is not included in the booking price — it will be collected after booking. Pets must be kept on a leash on the property, and we kindly ask that you pick up after your pet throughout your stay.
👉 Need a little extra time before you go? Late checkout requests must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, require host approval.

Parties and Events: Out of courtesy to neighbors, no events or parties can be held at the Bungalow. Violations of this rule and/or the agreement can lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of booking payment.
Guests: No outside guests are allowed without prior permission.
Noise & Neighborhood: Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful to the neighbors. No loud music at any time. When backing out of the garage, please be mindful of the neighbor’s cars. Street cleaning is Thursday and Friday so please make sure you’re parked on the right side of the street.
Fireplace: Please be aware that the Fireplace is not available for guest use.
