Beach was great but property was a bit run down broken curtains and refrigerator draws cracked, no ice in refrigerator and comforter and sheets had stains, guest paid for parking to visit and couldn't use the pool, hot tub was broken the first day and elevator was broken and scary at times

Overall the stay was fine. Nothing bad to say about the actual room. The resort combined with the property management company made me drop it a star. While the actual condo is not a new build and has seen some weathering (hard to open doors, shower door was broken, bathtub plugs missing, broken drawers in fridge, and rust) it wasnt bad. The communication from property management was copy paste. They were clearly not in sync with the resort staff. The property management company emails are unclear as they say above is your door code but don't provide it then say it will be delivered later. They also do a 4pm checkin time but fail to mention to register at the desk with the resort anytime after 730am because they close at 4pm. So we almost missed being able to register plus we missed out on a whole day we could've been utilizing the resort amenities- even though it was few. The resort was awful however. Signs everywhere saying times for their bars and restaurants but failed to mentioned on both listing and in the building these amenities are not available even during fall break - OCT. We did make it to riptides for "dinner" but the restaurant is only open 11-5 which I feel is absolutely ridiculous to close right at dinner with no other restaurant options. Staff was also rude and bartender spent most time on his phone. Water in pools says heated but was sponsored by Elsa. Algae in the beach was horrid and too many resort chairs put out you can't get a spot unless you pay for it.

Hi Whitney, we’re glad the room itself worked overall, but we’re sorry the combined experience with the resort and property management — from unclear emails and timing around registration to worn fixtures and limited amenities — brought your rating down. We’re working to improve our communication with both guests and resort staff and reviewing unit maintenance so the stay feels more seamless and coordinated next time.

We love staying at this resort because it’s perfect for kids! The views are AMAZING! The rooms have about everything you need! We were disappointed with the cleanliness, the master shower definitely needs replaced and could have used some bleach! The dryer vent was broken and didn’t fit right. They were dried food on the walls and a nasty flosser lying on the night stand! I guess everyone’s clean is different but this place could use a good cleaning, overall the entire resort needs attention.
Tiffany V. - Posted: 8/11/2025
Hi Tiffany, we’re glad you love staying at the resort and that the views and overall setup work well for your family, but we’re sorry the cleanliness and condition of the master shower and other details weren’t up to par. We’re reinforcing cleaning standards and addressing the shower, dryer vent, and leftover items so the condo feels as clean as it should.

Hi Tina, thank you for laying out the maintenance issues so clearly — we’re sorry you had to deal with the loose door, broken microwave cover and dryer vent, zip-tied curtains, and the cracked, moldy shower. We’re scheduling repairs and a more thorough inspection so these items are corrected and the unit feels more cared for.

Check in went fairly smooth until the west tower had an elevator down. Took us an hour to get up to our room due to elevator traffic. Although this had nothing to do with the actual condo itself it still took away from the overall experience. We enjoyed the view from the 17th floor and the condo was spacious enough to fit our party of 8 comfortably.
Nicole B. - Posted: 7/29/2025
Hi Nicole, we’re happy to hear check-in went fairly smoothly and that you enjoyed the view and had enough space for your group of eight. We’re sorry the elevator outage made getting to your room so time-consuming — we know building issues can affect the whole experience, and we appreciate your patience.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was very spacious and slept 8 of us comfortably. We had an amazing view of the ocean and spent a lot of time of the patio. The kids loved the lazy river pool, and we loved the easy access to the beach. The only negatives we found were the splash pad was a bit much for the kids, and we did notice not many kids played at it because the dump bucket was so aggressive when the water would come crashing down. The water was also to cold for the kids to play in. Also, only having 2 elevators for 21 floors could be frustrating, especially during check out & Check in times. All in all we had a great time and plan to book again our next trip to PCB.

Great over-all. The main area tv and remote were terrible. But i didn't reach out and I’m sure they would have fixed it. We got batteries quickly but turns out the remote was just worn out and it wasn’t needing batteries. The picture also showed a table and chairs on the balcony unfortunately there were only seats and side tables. I picked that unit specifically for the table and chairs depicted in the advertising pictures. They have very cheap travel shampoos and soaps I wish they had full bottles of products, condiments and things like coffee filters. They definitely skimp in that area. But it was still a great place to stay.

The stay was nice overall. There were issues with the AC that I don’t feel were handled properly. The property management company lacked communication in that aspect. Other than that, it was good.
