This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, one queen-size and one twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen-size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The following rules have been established to ensure a family-friendly atmosphere. Please note some rules are ZERO TOLERANCE and violation will result in immediate eviction.

AGE REQUIREMENTS - You must be at least 25 years of age to rent at Sunbird.

PASSES AND ARMBANDS - Vehicle passes are required for all overnight guest. Vehicles without passes are at risk of being towed. Passes can be obtained at the Sunbird Association office. Armbands are required to be worn while on property for guests twelve (12) years of age and older.

BALCONIES - Throwing items from balconies, including spitting and pouring liquids is prohibited by Florida law. ZERO TOLERANCE.

SMOKING - Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas only. No smoking or vaping in the elevators, stairwells, walkways to units and pool decks.

CRIMINAL ACTIVITY - All criminal activity is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the consumption of alcohol by persons under 21 years of age, use, sale or possession of illegal drugs, igniting fireworks on condominium property, theft, vandalism and violence. ADDITIONALY any behavior that is illicit, illegal, endangers the safety of another person, willfully causes damage to equipment, landscaping or the building and the refusal to comply with request by Sunbird staff or Security to alter behavior is prohibited. ZERO TOLERANCE.

PETS - Renters and non-owners are not allowed to have pets on property.

NO - Golf Carts, scooters, skateboards, or mopeds allowed on property. If on property they will be towed at guest expense.

WALKWAYS AND RAILINGS - The storage of items on the walkways is prohibited. The hanging of items on balcony railing is prohibited. Items found in the walkways and hanging on railings are at risk of being disposed of without warning.

LUGGAGE CARTS - Luggage carts are located behind the elevators. Do not take luggage carts into condominium units. Please return all carts to their designated area, on the ground floor behind the elevators.

BEACH ACCESS - You may access the beach from the West pool, or the West Pineapple Willy's gate or the East side Gate.

NOTICE - 24-hour video recording in use.

LOCKOUTS - If you are locked out of your unit and need assistance you should call your unit owner or management company, if you are not able to get in touch with the unit owner or management company, please call the HOA office during business hours and Security after hours. The office should have a key for all units, and they should be able to get you into your unit. This is not a Locksmith, only a key retrieval.
