This home sits within one of Port Aransas’ most popular rental communities of Pirate’s Bay, with a variety of amenities the entire family will enjoy. Make a splash in one of 2 community swimming pools surrounded by lighted palm trees or cool off under the misted palapas while enjoying a refreshing beverage. Barbeque grills and a picnic area play host to an afternoon cookout while the kids burn some energy nearby on the brand-new play area. Venturing out away from the resort, you’ll also find yourself within easy reach of the shopping, dining, and water-themed excursions the city has in abundance. Known as the “Fishing Capital of Texas”, it’s also a dream destination for anglers of all ages offering pier fishing to deep sea excursions or fishing right off of the beach.

The home’s interior is just as welcoming as its brightly colored exterior, furnished and decorated in theme with its beachy surroundings. The open concept living area seamlessly blends each space together, keeping conversation and connection at the forefront. The living room includes comfortable sofa and armchair seating as well as a mounted smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows – you won’t ever have to worry about missing an episode! The kitchen is full of personality, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and a suite of cookware and dining ware for wherever your culinary journeys take you. The generous countertop is perfect for serving up a delicious spread of appetizers as well as casual dining at the high-top stools for 4. Steps away, the chic dining room table can seat another 4 for formal meals or a family game night.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a twin-over-full bunkbed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This unit includes 3 parking spaces – 2 assigned for vehicles and 1 available for boat parking. Parking passes for the vehicles are located in the guest manual and can be placed on the dashboard after check-in.
• The age requirement for our properties is 25+ to book and at least one member of the party that is onsite throughout the entire stay must be 25 years of age or older.
• Competitive winter month long rates: $1750 November - end of April.
• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.

Strict age requirements! The age requirement for our properties is 25+ to book and at least one member of the party that is onsite throughout the entire stay must be 25 years of age or older. We require verified identities through the booking channels for the guest who makes the reservation and who is on the property.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund. We loved staying at this home! It was a great location, there was ample free parking, it was easy to access, and everything worked well. The listing said 8 beds, but there were only 4 and a pull out that wasn’t very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful visit. The location was very easy to find and the pool/playground was a well used bonus. We had an issue with the door code but there was a quick response to remedy the situation. Very pleased and would love to stay again.
