Walk to nearby cafés, restaurants, bars, and shopping, or take in some of the sights and sounds of nature at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and Port Aransas Nature Preserve just minutes away. Bring your pets along on your stay and take them for long walks through the neighborhoods of this beautiful and eclectic beach town.

An expansive wraparound deck provides you with ample views of the surrounding area. When you’re not spending your days out and about, you can enjoy lazy afternoons basking in the endless Texas sun or cooling off in the shade with multiple types of seating available. The covered parking is roomy enough to bring along a boat should you wish to explore the water by sea and by land. Indoors, the open concept living space is roomy enough for a crowd, offering spaces for action and entertainment as well as rest and relaxation. Wood paneled walls and ceilings add design and warmth to the space, accented by large picture windows showcasing the local scenery. The living room features comfortable sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV which can be enjoyed from anywhere in the room. The dining room table can easily accommodate 6 for meals or game nights, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen counter. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for whatever type of meal you’re in the mood for, with a Keurig coffee maker highlighting your morning hours.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 3 full size and 1 twin size bed in a 2-bunkbed setup. A smart TV is also included.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

The minimum age to book this property is 25+. At least one member of the party staying at the property from check-in to check-out must be 25 years or older.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
