This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
- Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on bottom, and twin size trundle.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
- Please also note that additional fees will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Stairs are required to access the home's entry on the 2nd level.
- Parking space is available for up to 4 vehicles.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $60 per night. Guests must notify us in advance, submit payment for the heating fee, and allow approximately 2–4 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. For safety and equipment protection, guests may not access or adjust the pool equipment or heater at any time. Unauthorized tampering will result in additional charges.
If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
This unit and all the contents are someone else’s property. It is vital that all guests respect and take care of all aspects of the property. We complete a video walkthrough and take photos of all corners of the property to document the state of the property before check-in. Guests will be responsible for all damages that may occur during the stay and this can include extra cleaning depending upon how the property is left at check-out. No smoking! There is a strict no smoking policy at this property. Any evidence of smoking could result in extra cleaning fees. Strict occupancy requirements! No parties or additional guests are allowed beyond the occupancy requirement. This is monitored and enforced by the City. Parties and loud noises of any kind are not allowed. Violation of this house rule could result in fines and revoking reservations and removal during the stay and prior to check-out. No drugs! There is a strict no drug policy, including marijuana in any form. We report any evidence of drugs to the local police and report this evidence to the booking channel. Check-in & check-out times: As a small, family-owned and local operator/host, we require strict adherence to our 4PM check-in time and 10AM check-out time. Alternative scheduling may be available with at least 24 hours advance notice, but this is not guaranteed. With many back-to-back check-outs and check-ins, we need our guests’ help to maintain our schedules to ensure that the unit is ready for the next guest. Age Requirement & ID Verification • The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. • At least one guest 25+ must remain on the property for the entire duration of the stay, including overnight. • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required after booking to confirm eligibility. • Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled without refund.
