What’s even better, step out onto either of the home’s spacious decks and you’ll be met with views of the actual coast, feeling the ocean breeze on your face, and hearing the waves crash upon the sand.

Every corner of this home has been designed with your comfort and style in mind. From the gorgeous floorings, beautiful and comfy furnishings, to the open concept living and kitchen areas, to the furnished wraparound decks, relaxation will come easy. When you’re ready to crank back up the fun, outdoor games such as a giant Connect 4 game outdoors will delight your competitive side.

Back indoors, the spacious living room with ample seating and large screen smart TV offers the perfect place to settle into a movie after a long day playing in the sand, accompanied by a wet bar for preparing a few evening cocktails. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with brand new pots and pans and an air fryer for the option of a home cooked meal.

Grab breakfast or a quick bite at the island seating for 3 or gather at the table for larger meals with seating for 6. Getting your groceries to the top floor is no problem with the in-house elevator (available upon request)!

This home sleeps up to 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a custom 4 full size beds in bunk format and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. The room also provides access to the home’s ground level patio.

Bedroom #3 includes two twin size beds, smart TV, and door that opens out to the home’s 2nd floor deck.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and door that opens out onto the home’s 2nd floor deck.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Double doors open onto the home’s 2nd floor deck.

The home also includes a 4th bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Garage parking is available and permitted for one vehicle – ideal for electric vehicle charging.
• Additional parking is available in the large driveway space only.
• Street parking in front of the open lot next to the house is not permitted. This is noted by signage.
• Garage includes available EV charger & extra refrigerator.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Elevator is available upon request only.
• Golf cart is $125 additional fee per night.
• No pets allowed, any indication of pets during or after stay will incur additional fees.

The minimum age to book this property is 25+. At least one member of the party staying at the property from check-in to check-out must be 25 years or older.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
