This home is located in a quiet, planned community where you can walk to restaurants, the supermarket, CVS and more. Places of worship are close by. The Cape May- Lewes Ferry is a fun way to get here by car from points North. Worth a visit is Cape Henlopen State Park on the Atlantic.

Downtown Lewes is a historic destination spot and only a mile away. Founded in 1631, it became "The first town in the first state."
Meander this charming little cultural gem with museums, popular restaurants, nighttime entertainment and of course, boutiques and gift shops. Stroll down to Lewes Beach and enjoy an ice cream from Dairy Queen as you relax on a bench overlooking the bay. Wiggle your feet in the warm sand and go for a dip!

Rehoboth Beach, with ocean waves a few miles away may beckon you. Instead of driving there you can take the bus conveniently located right in Five Points! Stroll the mile long boardwalk where you'll encounter Funland Amusement Park and dozens of restaurants, on and off the boardwalk, that will delight every palate. The line for the French fries takeout is worth the wait!
