Conveniently prepare picnics for your days at the beach, or delicious home-cooked meals for your nights in.
This home sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a king and twin size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has bunk beds with a twin size bed on top and a full size bed on bottom, plus an additional queen size bed. Spectacular views of the pond.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Large screen 75" TV in family room.
The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
This is a walk-up unit.
2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
A new washer and dryer in unit added in January 2026.

No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
