Description

Relax after a long day of sightseeing on the private balcony with pleasant neighborhood views, taking in the laid-back coastal vibes.

The home’s main living area features ample seating for your entire group, as well as a TV for relaxed movie nights. Steps away, guests can find the formal dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently prepare picnics for your days at the beach, or delicious home-cooked meals for your nights in.

This home sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king and twin size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has bunk beds with a twin size bed on top and a full size bed on bottom, plus an additional queen size bed. Spectacular views of the pond.

This is a walk-up unit.

2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Smoking is never allowed inside, on the balconies, or in the common area.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
No hanging items on the balcony railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.)
Please read the Grand Welcome's Terms and Conditions carefully.
Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager
Keep the balcony and entrance doors closed when the HVAC is being used.

I had a wonderful stay! The condominium was as described, clean, and very comfortable. It was lovely to come home to a quiet neighborhood but be so close to shopping, dining, state parks, and beaches. Being in close vicinity to the pool offered a nice break from the ocean as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any messages. Would absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here in Rehoboth. The location couldn’t be better. less than 10 minutes from the beach and boardwalk, which made getting out the door with our toddler so easy. The condo itself felt like a second home. spacious, comfortable, and with beautiful views. Our son especially loved the playground right outside and the pool just steps away. We spent hours between the two, and it made the trip even more enjoyable for us as parents. The couches were unbelievably comfortable… we definitely took a few naps on them after long beach days. This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Rehoboth, and we fully expect to come back again and again. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be in a better location! Quick drive to the beach and seconds from costal highway but tucked away to give you peace and calmness! 100% would stay again, only reason I rated a 4 was because there was no dust buster or vacuum that was accessible for use!

The place is gorgeous and so spacious! My friends and I had a great time. We got a lot of use out of the laundry machines and all three TVs. Loved the trundle bed under the bunk, the balcony was lovely to sit out on, and the kitchen was easily navigable. But there were some problems, specifically with the staples that were said to be provided. On arrival we did not find any oil, but found many spices that weren’t advertised. The trashcan opening mechanism(step button?) was broken, the blinds on the balcony were not functional, and a towel rack was broken and completely missing from another bathroom. I really wished there was a vacuum and towel racks in the hallway bath. Overall great experience but many minor inconveniences that tainted our stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, uncluttered and spacious. Close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. It has an elevator since the unit is on the second floor. I would recommend for singles and family.

The stay was great! The unit was pretty clean and except there was garbage left and the bathroom and kitchen still needed cleaning. However the cleaners came as soon as possible. The unit needs some more TLC regarding decor and amenities- easily fixable. (I.e. shower curtain hooks and Washing machine needed repair) The response time from owner/management was pretty on par and supportive. That made the difference actually. Besides those things the beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen is nice, roomy and had the basics everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed the surroundings the pool and courts are right nearby. There’s a cozy terrace with lots of sun in the afternoon. Lots of light in the apartment and It was the end of the summer so it was quiet and enjoyable! Short drive to the beach and restaurants!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and played pickleball everyday. The washer and dryer were a little small so we had to do quite a few loads of laundry but other then that we had a fantastic stay!

There was no warmth to the property..very sterile. Microwave was dirty, crumbs on the floor and dirty, sandy towels left on laundry room floor. Parking was not convenient and we HATE streaming tv, although we know this is standard now. Condo location is excellent.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The team was very helpful and responsive. The instructions for getting into the house had given us the wrong code for the key pad. I called the number in the message for help, and they assisted us right away. The house has lots of comfortable beds and all linens and towels were provided (huge plus). However, there were a loads of towels in the washer and dryer when we arrived that I had to finish and fold. Not my ideal way to start a vacay. One downfall was the thin floor above us, you could hear every footstep from the condo above (not the owners fault). The pool, pickle ball/basketball courts and playground were fun for our kids and family. This location can’t be beat. It’s quiet, private and close to the bike trail and a short drive to the beach. We would stay here again in the future!
