Description

The bright kitchen has all the appliances and space you’ll need to make nutritious breakfasts, prepare lunches on the go, or cook dinners at home. A casual breakfast bar is perfect for quick bites, while the formal dining table with seating provides a great option for more proper meals.

This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between its 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, smart tv, and private access to an all-season sunroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in this light-filled space as you watch the daily beach commuters stroll by.

Bedroom #2 is ideal for kids with twin bunk beds and an additional twin size bed.

A Pack N’ Play is available for guest use.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Two free onsite parking spaces for your two bedroom beachfront home. Pick up parking permits from staff at the lobby desk. If additional space is needed, -inquire at the desk for a returnable permit for free street parking for additional vehicles.

It was in a great location and had a good amount of space. However, the bathroom was tiny, shower was moldy (and didn't drain properly) and the whole place felt old and dirty. It had been cleaned, but the floors felt dirty, it was dusty and the comforters were gross. The "host" was an AI agent, so that was annoying!

This was a great spot for our family of 3. The location is perfect, quiet at night but super close to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and I think the queen bed may have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. There is a super cute sunroom, easy access to the laundry facility and we were not disturbed at all by other tenant noises. Parking lot is tight so caution needed when leaving but it was great to have a spot and check in was super easy (the code door locks worked seamlessly and made it easy to not carry keys) Management company was responsive to any questions and concerns and you could text them which makes it easier.

Excellent location and value, as described and expected with a few small missing details. That said, we wcpect the feedback will be well received and was nothing that would prevent us from returning. Host was responsive to the feedback and small oversights we had. There are a variety of properties in the area that are a bit more beach-stocked with helpful tools to make your day at the shore easy, so pack well or utilize the local rental companies as needed. Absolutely cannot beat the location; we have stayed here and out off Rt. 1 and you will thank yourself for being two blocks from everything along with parking!

Absolutely fantastic location and great little condo in a nice building. Clean and all newly renovated. It was the perfect size for our small family and to accommodate our needs - 2 great bedrooms, kitchen, dining table and living area, bathroom and sunroom! Great parking spot behind house and parking pass. Walking distance to everything on a quiet street. The grand welcome team was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! Pros: great quiet location just 2 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from shops & restos. Nicely decorated and quaint. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi. Nice screened front room. Cons: its a large victorian home converted to 6 appartments, you hear people upstairs walking. Bathroom very small. You have to supply your own linen (its in the ad, but i did not see this. I discovered it in the welcome text and had to scramble to rent bed sheets and towels). Overall the pros vastly outweigh the cons, really nice place to stay!

Excellent communication before, during and at check out. Very responsive when I asked questions. The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is great! It was within walking distance to the Rehoboth Convention Center for our conference and close to lots of restaurants. The condo was very clean and met our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent! Close to many activities and very walkable! A drawback was no outside space to speak of! Nothing that could be done about that but it was missed. Pillows and bed lines could use some refreshing but truly Overall really quite nice and comfortable. We have gone for a number of years but haven’t been in a while!. It was nice to be back in Rehoboth and the accommodations worked perfectly for us!

Our family loved staying here! We were able to walk to everything we wanted while still being on a quiet street which is important with young children. The building and grounds are well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. They did a good job about having it clean upon arrival in a location so close to the beach aka sand.

Condo was exactly as pictured- fantastic location. It’s in a building with more condos and private parking out back- while the building itself is older the interior of this unit is renovated and clean. I had questions about the parking for 2 cars as street parking and permits are so strict here. They answered within minutes - It is walkable to all restaurants in Rehoboth and the boardwalk. The only thing to note is there’s not a good place to dump your sandy stuff until you take it out the next day- it has to come inside- some people left their beach cart out by their car in the private lot-that seemed to work well. And the only bathroom is right in the living room for all to share :) But we would def stay again! Great for small families

Rehoboth is a great beach! Walkable, tons of restaurants, lgbtq+ AND family friendly. Boardwalk & games are just the right size. The rental was clean and updated. Great to find decent cookware in the kitchen! Surprisingly quiet several minutes off the main drag by foot. Note: linens and towels are not provided. Pillows and comforters are. There is only one bathroom in this unit, and it opens to the living room. If you're shy about bodily functions, this could be an issue!

Good location and accurately described. However not the host’s fault, if there is anyone staying in the upstairs units you will hear every footstep and door/drawer shut. Mostly clean place however the bathroom was disappointing. The walls and floors were not the cleanest and the shower/ sink had visible dirt and debris also.

Had an absolute incredible time staying in the condo. Plenty of room, nice kitchen and spacious. Absolutely loved the sun room off the main bedroom (totally overlooked this, so it was a huge surprise!). In the heart of the city and walkable to everything!! The condo was super cute and in a great quiet location but such easy walking distance to everything. They were incredibly responsive with a maintenance issue we had and someone was out within a couple hours to fix it. It would be nice if linens were provided but we were traveling by car so not a huge inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband walked into this property, and the first thing that he said was "I want our house to look like this." Everything was super clean and looked brand new. The decorating was lovely and it's in a perfect location. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The only caveat I have is that this is a very difficult property to rent if you have young children. The bedroom with the bunk beds is only divided from the main area with a folded cardboard door. It doesn't block out sound or light at all. We brought our 2-year-old on this vacation and were essentially unable to use the living room or kitchen after 7:00. However, this apartment is perfect for a couple or for someone with older kids. I highly recommend!

This condo is every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures and was clearly re-modeled very recently. Details like having ample hooks for all the towels and extra clothes you need at the beach, a comfortable queen bed, all of the kitchen tools you might need, and enough soap, etc. to get started makes it a wonderful place to stay. The layout is great with the kids room on the opposite side from the room with the queen bed. The walk to the beach was perfectly do-able every day with our 5 & 7 year old and our beach wagon, though it would be a bit challenging with younger kids and was far enough that I tried to avoid extra trips back to the condo. It definitely felt close to the main area with shops, food, etc. without being too noisy.

Absolutely loved the sun room off the main bedroom (totally overlooked this, so it was a huge surprise!). In the heart of the city and walkable to everything!! Already looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully longer.

The condo was super cute and in a great quiet location but such easy walking distance to everything. They were incredibly responsive with a maintenance issue we had and someone was out within a couple hours to fix it. It would be nice if linens were provided but we were traveling by car so not a huge inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and that we could walk to restaurants. The place was cozy and quiet. Perfect place for our sister’s annual shopping trip. We will definitely book again!

My husband walked into this property, and the first thing that he said was "I want our house to look like this." Everything was super clean and looked brand new. The decorating was lovely and it's in a perfect location. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The only caveat I have is that this is a very difficult property to rent if you have young children. The bedroom with the bunk beds is only divided from the main area with a folded cardboard door. It doesn't block out sound or light at all. We brought our 2-year-old on this vacation and were essentially unable to use the living room or kitchen after 7:00. However, this apartment is perfect for a couple or for someone with older kids. I highly recommend!

This condo is every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures and was clearly re-modeled very recently. Details like having ample hooks for all the towels and extra clothes you need at the beach, a comfortable queen bed, all of the kitchen tools you might need, and enough soap, etc. to get started makes it a wonderful place to stay. The layout is great with the kids room on the opposite side from the room with the queen bed. The walk to the beach was perfectly do-able every day with our 5 & 7 year old and our beach wagon, though it would be a bit challenging with younger kids and was far enough that I tried to avoid extra trips back to the condo. It definitely felt close to the main area with shops, food, etc. without being too noisy.
