A Star at the Seaside, welcome to Seaside Star. In a prime location, with community pool, and beach access, this beachfront condo is the perfect coastal getaway. This studio condo features a cozy open living space. The living room offers a sofa that doubles as a bed, TV, and balcony access.

Description

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything you may need to whip up your favorite meal. Enjoy your meal at the dining table set for 4.

With a Queen sized murphy bed, and the Queen size sofa sleeper, 4 guests will be accommodated comfortably.

There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is a free parking garage and Private parking lot
- Guest must bring their own bed linens and towels
- 7 Night Minimum Stay June - September with a Sunday check in, check out only.

The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs that is exclusive to residents and guests. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

1. Smoking is never allowed inside, on the balconies or in the Star Of The Sea's common area.
2. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
5. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
6. No hanging items on the railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.)
7. Please review, with all your guests, the Star Of the Sea's welcome brochure
8. Please read the Grand Welcome's Terms and Conditions carefully.
9. Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager
10. Keep the Doors closed when the HVAC is being used.

What a wonderful hidden gem. The place is exactly as described and love how it’s decorated. One of the few beach places that has enough hooks in the place! The location is perfect. We actually found the Murphy bed very comfortable. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location of this place cannot be beaten. It's right on the boardwalk walkable to almost anything you'll need. The balcony overlooking the beach is awesome. Coffee at sunrise is magical. It wasn't perfect. There were some cleanliness issues, like dirty hardwood floors and drain flies in the kitchen, but nothing deal breaking. Water pressure in the shower was top notch. We would book again.

Absolutely perfect! Such a welcoming environment. We loved being right on the boardwalk. Super convenient location! The kids loved how easy it was to bounce around from the ocean to the pool all day long. We are hoping to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rehoboth on the Boardwalk! The location was perfect, the space was clean and well-kept, and everything was just as pictured. My only issue was the mattress—it was a bit squeaky and uncomfortable, which made sleeping a little tough. That said, everything else was great, and I’d definitely consider staying here again!

The management was very responsive to my late check in and questions about appliances. The location on the beach and boardwalk was great. A short walk to restaurants was nice.

Positives: Awesome location. Very clean. Exactly as described. It was convenient to everything, especially the beach! Negatives: Communication to get the access code for the building was poor. Once inside the building and after the apartment door was opened remotely, we had lots of difficulty unlockingand locking the door each time we left and returned. There has to a better way to get in. From the first shower, the tub filled up with water to your ankles and took forever to drain. This was not cool for the price we paid.

Absolutely wonderful location on the boardwalk/beach. Lovely decoration of the unit. The unit has 2 must have for us a great balcony and garage parking.Only 2 issues the beds one Murphy bed is super soft and noisy the sofa bed is totally to firm There needs be a vacuum in the unit way too much hair around the unit.

The location was superb and the property manager (Todd) was super helpful & friendly. The check in & checkout process was super easy. I will say cleanliness is a but of an issue. The vents are filled with dust making it extremely challenging for someone with allergies to breathe. If you look down at the baseboards, super dusty & lots of hair floating around. Might need a new cleaning company.

The place was fabulous. You can’t beat the seaside view. Sleeping to the sounds of the waves is priceless. Parking was easy and convenient with outside or underground option. Access to the boardwalk is direct through the lobby which is staffed during the day. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for the week. Comfortable bed and couch. Really fantastic.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. We were in for a few surprises this time. We were not informed that sheets and towels were not provided. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The floor had quite a bit of sand. The shower curtain and tub had mold.
