Immerse yourself in the city's rich heritage with a visit to landmarks like the Carter House and Carnton, or take a leisurely stroll along Main Street, soaking in all the sights and sounds. As it was completely rebuilt, parts of the original structure were reincorporated into the new design. Antique hand-picked doors, handles, and more were repurposed throughout the home along with repurposed bead board to create a rustic feel. The fireplace was recreated with Indiana limestone that was hand hewn on site. Custom windows were designed to replicate the original windows and the two-story garage was inspired by a barn at Roosevelt's home at Hyde Park. It’s truly a work of art at every turn!

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.
