We would definitely stay here again.! The location was close to everything we needed and there was a great park at the end of the block! The host was easy to reach and very responsive.

We hesitated to select this place because of the recent reviews. We are hiking the PCT and just needed a place to rest for a few days. I was close to the grocery store. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the place was overall very clean with good amenities and comfortable furniture and beds. There were a few spider webs and the bathtub is worn but overall this place was exactly what we needed.

Thank you, Daniel! We’re glad the home was a comfortable place to rest during your PCT journey and that you enjoyed the clean space, amenities, furniture, and beds. We appreciate you noting the few areas that could use attention and will share that feedback with our team. Wishing you all the best on the rest of your hike! -The Grand Welcome Team

Everything was okay. Near 97, near the pharmacy (had to get an inhaler), and I didn’t have to go to the WestSide! Aside from the date amendment being a bit of a hassle, the Air BnB was good. I just wish I wouldn’t have been getting message alerts the day before I was planning on traveling.

Really bad location. Part of a quad plex in a bad part of town. Not really a good place for a airbnb.

It would be helpful for those guests who cook in the unit to have foil and plastic bags for sandwiches for hikes. The range and the pots and pans were great. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. The host seems like a big company, they do respond but if you have an issue don’t expect anyone to take action. You’ll get generic answers like “I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I’ll get with the team and get back you” That’s what I got for 3 days with no Internet until they finally said there was an outage to the Internet and would be back on the next day (Day 4 of a 7 night stay). So we went 4 days with no Internet. I Had to leave every morning to go get a Wi-Fi connection so I could work. We weren’t able to stream the TV so we couldn’t watch anything for 4 days. I also notified them when we arrived that there was a number of hairs in the tub and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned so after 16 hour travel day, I had to attempt to clean the tub so my son could take a bath. When I asked if they would send somebody by to clean the tub since we were staying there for a week I got a generic response that they were sorry but no offer to send anyone back over. The living room furniture is pretty worn. On a positive note the beds were decent and the sheets , towels and the comforters were new too.The place is missing a lot of the little touches like hooks to hang your towels, hooks at the entryway for jackets, etc. The back wall to the living room is missing a baseboard going across it.I did appreciate that they had plenty of hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was nice. The full-size washer and dryer was a nice feature.

The listing did look like the photos, and was clean (that is as much as the cleaners could clean). The bed linens were clean and the main bedroom bed was comfortable. The staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher and got someone in to fix it immediately. Those are the good things about this rental. However, the furniture in the living room and kitchen was all very stained as well as being quite uncomfortable. The kitchen was furnished with the basic amenities. But most of the cookware was unusable and there wasn't even a baking sheet that could hold a pizza for the oven. If you want to cook your own dinner here, good luck with that. We were able to eat breakfast here as we only ate cereal, fruit and yogurt, or toast.

I would stay here again. Place has everything you need, not overly fancy. It’s quiet, relaxing, has a nice park across the street, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, nice beds as well. Had no need for extra communication, check in was easy, departing instructions quite simple.

The house location was convenient, easy to find, and close to downtown. The size was perfect for our visit with two couples and a baby, and the pack n play fit perfectly in one of the rooms. There’s a food cart bar called Midtown Yacht club that’s walking distance which was fun for us to walk to for dinner. Only one bedroom had an air conditioning unit, but opening the window helped the couple in the hotter room (if we didn’t have a crying baby, they could’ve left the door open to get AC from the other rooms). There was also an overwhelming cat litter odor inside and outside of the house. Other cons include cheap sheets for what we spent to stay there and some areas of the house that weren’t very clean upon arrival.

This is a very nice, basic place to stay in Bend. It is a duplex with shared parking and a shared yard area which I did not realize from the pictures and description. The neighbors are quiet. We slept well and had all of our needs met. All appliances worked and property management was very responsive when we called about the Wi-Fi password. Fully supplied kitchen and great air conditioning too!

We had a great time staying here. A lot of spots we wanted to visit were nearby, it was very centrally located. The living room furniture was comfortable enough for four people. The kitchen was very clean. They also had extra bath towels and linens. It was great they had a washer and dryer so we could wash the towels when we ran out. We the didn’t know the airbnb was so close to the last Blockbuster in America; that was nostalgic for all of us and fun to visit. My adult kids bought Blockbuster sweatshirts as their souvenir. It would have been nice if there was a DVD player at the airbnb, if so we would’ve rented a video. That’s the only thing in this place was missing. It was great. It’s nice it does have air conditioning in the kitchen. They had a fan in each room, and a small one in the living room, which was helpful. I would suggest to bring an extra fan if you want one for each side of the bed, but it was a hot weekend and we were still comfortable. We had a

This apartment was a great jumping off point while we were in town for a few days visiting family. It was clean and had the basic necessities. Fans in the bedrooms kept it comfortable for sleeping at night even without AC. Would happily stay here again.

Clean and well kept townhouse but not in the best area. Lots of other cars around. Shower could use a better clean or even a replacement. Fine place to stay for a few nights.

Updated unit, and clean. Location was not walkable to downtown Bend & westside but there was a cute foot truck lot that was right down the road and good for family.

Overall the property was nice! It was clean, the bed linens were fresh and the home had everything we needed. The check in process was simple and easy. The property is next to a really nice park which was wonderful for our family. I believe the listing stated this was a townhouse, however it is a duplex. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Bend which was the biggest upside for us! The biggest con was the house smelling super strongly of air freshener upon arrival. We don’t use any fragrance in our home so it was jarring, however if I would have communicated with the host prior to our visit, I’m sure I could have asked them not to use any. As the weekend progressed and the air freshener wore off the house did have a stale/old smell. Overall we still had a great stay here and the price was great as well. We would definitely consider staying here again.
