Beautiful place. Only have a couple of recommendations. Master bath needs somewhere to hang towel and robe near show when exiting. We arrived at night and could not see house number. Lighting outside could have made it a lot easier to find. Otherwise, it was a nice clean place to stay.

The location is great! Walking distance to the Old Mill district, and close to many local breweries we enjoy. With the location being so central, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host was super helpful and responsive when we had a question regarding amenities. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next adventure to Bend.

Awesome house. So close to so many great Bend hotspots. Ryan, the property manager is awesome and is very responsive to requests. Easy check in and check out. Having a laundry room is awesome. Knocked off one star because the thermostat was set at 50 degrees when we checked in. We turned it up but it was only at 64 the following morning. The master toilet makes a very loud squak every couple of minutes so we kept the water to it off. Great house but a couple of annoying (but easily fixable) issues.

very Central, great location. 2 items - in the master bed room there is an extremely loud motor for the toilet (water feed). It would randomly go off.(side note - the gutters need to be cleaned)

Overall, the place was nice enough and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the master bathroom lacked a few amenities, such as nowhere to hang bath towels, and a running toilet, which required our having to constantly remove the tank lid and adjust the flapper. I was also a bit miffed that we had to load and wash our towels before checking out. We felt it should be part of the cleaning fee.The location was very convenient to the Old Mill section of town, which was great. All in all, it was a fine place to stay, but feel improvements could be made to make it more comfortable.

Good location and close to the Old Mill District. My parents in law are disabled and I would not consider it walking distance for anyone with a health condition but definitely for able bodied folks. Condo was appointed nicely with just enough to get us through basic kitchen tasks. Master bed was very comfortable. With the closeness of the neighbors and the emphasis of no events/guests in the rule book we felt it was not appropriate to use the outdoor spaces for our family time so that is the only real drawback. We were there to visit our brother and thought a nice BBQ would have been great but did not want to get in trouble, so we opted to spend time out of the condo instead.

Convenient location to walk to Mill District and Hayden Amphitheater. Accommodations were sufficient with comfy beds and simple, basic amenities. Great to have washer/dryer available too. Unit is starting to show its age and some paint touch ups or refresh would elevate the space.

Overall, if you're not planning on using the backyard/patio area, the front & inside of the home was lovely & mostly clean. There were cobwebs on the inside of a few of the windows, fans needed cleaning, a couple of bulbs out, and a broken handle at the sink. The backyard looks nothing like the photos. Very overgrown w/ tall weeds & a fire pit sitting in the middle of them, just a few feet from a wooden fence & another house, making a fire hazard for the whole neighborhood as the homes are super close. I'm a property manager of vacation rentals in Oregon, it surprises me that a fire pit is even allowed at all by the city, county, or insurance company in a VR, let alone under those conditions. It's not allowed in our hometown. On the back patio, My husband, a general contractor, noticed there was also an electrical box that ran 220 unlocked with the safety plate that is supposed to be screwed into the face of it laying on top of the box all at a height that a small child could easily acces and grab exposed wires. This was addressed with the property manager and hopefully fixed immediately, but if you stay and have kids, please beA couple of other things, getting our check-in instructions was not easy & required a few calls due to issues with a third party you have to send photos of ID to & the system has to approve. Photos were perfectly clear on my end, but system repeatedly claimed it was blurry. There is also no driveway (as was stated) to park in. Street parking only.
