Summary

This spacious northwest Bend home sits 10 minutes from downtown and the Old Mill District, with a private hot tub, fenced yard for dogs, and wood stove. Mount Bachelor is 15 minutes away for winter skiing, while Widgi Creek Golf Course offers summer fairways just 20 minutes out. Sleeps 8 with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen, and firepit. Great for families and groups traveling with pets.

Description

The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings with skylights, mid-century modern furnishings, a smart TV for streaming, and a wood stove for cooler evenings. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar plus dining table.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, desk workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The sitting room includes a full-size futon. A half bathroom and a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo serve the rest of the home.

WiFi and streaming are available throughout. Washer and dryer in-unit. Garage parking for 2 cars plus driveway space for 2 more.

🔥 The fenced backyard offers patio seating, a private hot tub, and a firepit for evening gatherings. Dogs can roam freely in the grass. Winter guests will love quick access to Mount Bachelor and Wanoga Sno-Park for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Summer brings golf at Widgi Creek and hiking throughout the Cascades.

This rental includes one free ticket, per activity, per day to some of our favorite attractions! After booking you will receive a personal link to book your activities.

No Smoking or Vaping allowed.
Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
No Parties allowed on the property.
Do not exceed the number of max occupants.
Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and respectful to neighbors.
Pets allowed, with rule of 2 dogs max, 50 lbs or less. Pet fees will apply.

Perfectly appointed for a family stay with a pet. So comfortable! Enjoyed it thoroughly. The location makes doing activities all around Bend and beyond-super easy. We have a hypoallergenic dog but others aren’t so the precious pets here before left some unpleasant allergy stuff for us but we understood that comes with the territory of needing a pet friendly home. If you like white noise-bring a box fan or two. Would absolutely stay again!

This was a very spacious house. There was room for more in my party. The yard was big enough for kids to play and run around. The hot tub was nice at night to watch the stars. Overall very pleased.

We recently stayed here with two families and overall had a great experience. The location was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for multiple families sharing the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, and all of the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We especially appreciated the extra towels provided for the hot tub.One small suggestion would be to provide a few more fresh towels for the bathrooms each day, as the used towels added up quickly with a larger group.We did knowingly book a pet-friendly home (and did not travel with pets ourselves), but upon arrival the entryway sofa, area rug, and outdoor sofa were noticeably covered in dog hair. I provided photos to the host right away. To their credit, they were very willing to come address it immediately, which we appreciated, though we ultimately declined the visit.Communication was responsive, but a bit confusing at times as messages came from different phone numbers via text rather than a single contact.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying again.

Our group of 5 had a great stay. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, clean hot tub. It was nice to have use of the garage to put our bicycles. You can tell this place is dog friendly - some hair on the couch - although it didn’t really bother us since we have dogs ourselves. That might be a deal breaker for some if you’re expecting a totally spotless Airbnb. Overall, would consider this place again and bring our dogs if needed.

We had a great week long staycation while our kitchen when through a water leak dry-out. We lived in this house like it was our own and it was perfect for all of our needs. Kitchen had all gadgets, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the space had all we needed. It was also easy access to get anywhere in town quickly with a nice neighborhood to walk around with our dog.

We really liked this home for our weekend stay. It’s in a nice neighborhood, well located, clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. There is some road noise if you’re in the backyard, but otherwise a very peaceful and quiet space. I would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a great stay! The house was easy to find and access, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of seven plus a dog. The location was convenient—just a 5-minute drive to a shopping center with Costco, Trader Joe’s, and more, and about 10 minutes to downtown. The beds were very comfortable (even the futon!), and the home was well-stocked with just about everything we needed. We especially enjoyed watching movies on the large smart TV in the living room, which had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, making group meals easy. The fully fenced yard was perfect for the pup too! We were in town for the Bend Marathon and really appreciated the hot tub for soothing sore muscles after the race :) The only minor downsides were that the upstairs got quite warm, and we did notice some ants in the bedrooms—hopefully something the property management is already addressing. Overall, we loved our stay & would happily return!

The house was fantastic with plenty of room for our 5 guests. We highly recommend staying here. The hot tub was amazing after a full day of skiing. The bunk beds and baby bed are a really helpful touch!

This house was perfect for our stay! We arrived to Bend early on check in day and they were able to let us check in early. Very responsive team! The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of soap, shampoo, towels and the hot tub jets were fantastic. The house could use a re-supply of kitchen essentials (cooking oil, coffee grinder) although they did have packaged pre-ground coffee to offer. I would also recommend a few decks of cards added to the game cabinet. Other than that it was a perfect stay, just ten minutes from downtown Bend. Thanks so much!

This is a beautiful home with tons of space, it was easy to get to everything in town, and being able to park in the garage in cold weather was awesome. There are plenty of towels, kitchen items, and blankets. The cons for us: no privacy in the hot tub- clear view to both neighbors and the intersection behind the house (it might be better in spring/summer when the trees have leaves, or with a curtain added), the intersection is also pretty busy. While it is spacious throughout the house, 2 out of 3 toilet areas are VERY small. I felt like it was a solid 4 stars overall.

Big house, lots of room for everyone to find a nook. We loved the hot tub and looking at the stars at night. Great value, felt like we should have paid more just based on the house, but it was a bit more north of downtown. Would love to return if it stays a great value.

We loved our stay in Bend, Oregon. There are lots of restaurants within driving distance. We especially enjoyed Pine Tavern, Salute, Greg's Grill, and Portello Wine Cafe. The High Desert Museum is wonderful, especially the otters! Skiing at Mount Bachelor was fantastic and about 45 minutes away by car. This unit had plenty of room for all of us and was in a very quiet neighborhood.

My family of two adult children and their spouses and I, along with 2 dogs, stayed at Grand Welcome. The home was very clean and inviting. It was a great spot for our family with a spacious living area, a perfect kitchen for cooking a few of our meals and very well located to go into Bend as well as accessing local trails and outdoor activities. We also very much enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The home is well kept with up to date appliances and was very comfortable for our group. I highly recommend the unit.

We spent Christmas 2024 here and the house and hosts were very accommodating to our family's needs. The house was clean, comfy and roomy for having guests over as well. Lots of room in the kitchen for homemade meals and the location is close to several good restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended!
