Relax in comfort with air conditioning throughout this spacious mountain-view retreat. Soaring ceilings and an open-concept design create a welcoming space for up to 6 guests.
The living room features a mounted Smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, plush sofa seating, and cool, comfortable indoor temperatures year-round. The full kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, stone countertops, and wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dishes. A breakfast bar provides seating for three.
Step outside to the private balcony, where an outdoor dining table for three overlooks sweeping mountain vistas. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and Smart TV, while the loft includes two queen beds and an additional Smart TV. The home also features a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, WiFi throughout, and parking for two vehicles. Please note there is no washer or dryer in the unit. This second-floor condo is accessed by stairs.
❄️ Winter: Enjoy easy access to Mt. Bachelor, just 20 minutes away, then return to unwind in the year-round hot tub after a day on the slopes.
☀️ Summer: Stay cool with air conditioning after exploring the outdoors. Guests also enjoy the seasonal pool closed after September 5th, over 2 miles of nature trails winding through ponderosa pines, and quick access to Widgi Creek Golf Course just 5 minutes away.

Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

Please return all items within the unit back to the unit. (Pool Towels, and Key card belong to the unit).
Please return the keycard back to the unit, if not returned, guest will be charged $150 charge to replace if not returned/damaged
