This 3-bedroom townhome sits less than half a mile from Bend's Old Mill District, with the Deschutes River and Cascade Range views just steps away. Gather around the gas fireplace after winter hikes in Deschutes National Forest, or start summer mornings with coffee on your private balcony before tubing the river. As our valued guest, your rental includes one free ticket, per activity, per day to some of our favorite attractions including a Ghost Tour, Museum Tickets, Conoeing, and more! After booking you will receive a personal link to book your activities.

Description

The great room centers around a gas fireplace with leather sofa seating, smart TV with streaming, and a reading nook with chair and ottoman. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and dining ware, plus a drip coffee maker for early risers. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6, then step out to the second-floor balcony or first-floor deck, both with café tables for 4. A gas grill stands ready for outdoor cooking. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with oversized vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 includes a twin bed with twin trundle and a workstation with desk and chair. Washer and dryer in-unit. Two dedicated parking spaces: one street parking in front, one in back. No garage access. An exterior security camera monitors the front entrance area. In winter, cozy up by the fire after a day at Mt. Bachelor. In summer, the Deschutes River trail system connects you to miles of waterfront exploration.

This is a lovely home. It is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen is completely well stocked for making meals. We especially liked the separation of the bedrooms, which was very good for two couples sharing. We are very pleased overall with our experience I would return. A few things that were not so good. The TVs did not work and we had wanted to watch the World Cup together. Also, there is considerable road noise outside. It’s not a bother inside but is not conducive to lounging outside.

The house was clean and in a great location. However, the tv in the living room didn’t work and the only other tv was in the master bedroom. We tried multiple times to reach out to the property manager twice were told they would be there so I waited all day both times and no call no show. Finally, our daughter called a higher up in the company that she knew and someone came out with in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do anything about it so for two weeks we had no tv and never heard from the property manager again for the rest of our trip.

Great location in Bend - near the old town and many nearby restaurants. The house was fine for our needs. As others mentioned, there is a lot of road noise from the nearby freeway, but it didn't really bother us and the location made up for it. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked if we had.

We traveled to Bend, with 5 family members for a concert. The location was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable , well equipped and really felt like home. Beds were comfy with nice linens and pillows. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in bend.

Great location, close to the Old Mill District in Bend, a few minutes walk, but in Bend, everything is only a few minutes drive away. The house was great, lots of room, clean, and perfect for our family of four, would stay here again with no hesitation and hope that it's available next year when we come back for our yearly biking vacation in Bend.

Great location for walking to Old Mill or the amphitheater. Fit our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs really well. It was nice to have a bed and bath on both floors since it was the 2 different couples. We used the first floor since we brought dogs and it was nice to have the outdoor access right off the bedroom. The outdoor area was really only useful for the dogs though, and was actually a little overgrown. We spent most of our time away from the house, so it didn't affect us too much. The space is functional and accommodating, but I would say its reaching the threshold of usage for a lot of things. Pans are a little beat up, coffee pot is a little beat up, trim in bathroom was actually taped to the wall. Little things here and there. If you are coming to Bend to be outdoors (like most do) then you probably won't notice. If you are spending lots of time in the home and cooking meals, etc then you might notice these things more.

Quiet, clean, comfortable home. Walkable to the Old Mill area, or just a few minute drive to Old Bend made for a great central location for all of our stay. There is even a well stocked kitchen with full spice cabinet! One bd and ba are downstairs while the rest of the home with living areas and two bedrooms are upstairs. We enjoyed our visit!

This is a great place to stay. We came for two concerts at the amphitheater and it is really close to that and to downtown, etc. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. House is perfect for 2 couples. It has all the amenities you need. It was very clean and very comfortable. Felt right at home. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed Nira Beanch House. Tania was there to welcome us and took the time to show us everything. The place is well laid out and very modern and spacious. The house is well stocked with all the essentials (including charcoal for the BBQ) and a nice welcome package. Whenever we needed something Tania was a short call away and there is a book with all you need to know about the house and the area. All the bedroom are spacious with comfy beds and with your own sinks and most with their own bathroom. the pool area gives a great view of the ocean and the addition of the bikes was a bonus. given the terrain you might want to bring a helmet. We cannot say enough positive things about the place. There are lots of towels and even bath slippers for the pool area. There are games and even wine and port to purchase if needed. the house is a short walk to the beach and town. Great pizza and bar down by the beach. not to be missed on the weekend. Fantastic trails can be found all over for hiking. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a decent stay. The house in and of itself was fine. A few issues we ran into, like the downstairs bedroom being extremely cold with no vents for the heating to flow through. They also have you buy more TP and paper products if you run out, which we found odd. The trundle bed shown in pictures was extremely creaky and felt like it caved in the middle. And another big thing is that while rental is pet friendly, there is a strong pet pee smell when you walk in from garage, and pet hair on blankets, carpet, etc. My husband had strong allergic reactions to it unfortunately. Location is fantastic.

We enjoyed the house for our stay. The dog really appreciated all the space and we had everything we needed. Even forgot to bring soap and shampoo and they had us covered. Thanks! Lastly, you cannot beat the location, being so close to everything in downtown Bend was awesome!

This was a very family oriented place. We had space to spread out and enjoyed our time. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our family had a need for a rocker, and the hosts made sure we had one to rock our grandson. ❤️
