On the other hand, with everything you need for relaxation and fun right at home, you may never want to leave.

Multi-level decking allows for your preference of sun or shade whether flipping through the pages of a good book with a refreshing cocktail in hand or dining al fresco as you take in the serene views of the water. Down on the lake itself, a private dock houses 2 boat slips if you’re bringing your preferred vessel along, while provided kayaks allow you to traverse the waterways at a more leisurely pace.

Inside the home, grand spaces bring everyone together to connect and form lasting memories, with plentiful private areas to find your own corner to relax and refresh. The main living room features soaring vaulted ceilings atop a desirable open floorplan, a hub for entertainment with plush sofa and armchair seating along with a mounted TV for surfing the channels as well as streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for all your mealtime endeavors, with accompanying dining seating 16.

Head downstairs to a more peaceful second living room, the ideal spot for an afternoon nap or to where the kids can have their very own movie night. The basement game room provides yet another option for relaxation as well as activity, with comfortable sofa alongside a shuffleboard table, dart board, smart TV, and wet bar where the mixologist among you can put their spin on happy hour.

This home comfortably sleeps 22 guests between 7 private bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofas in each living room.

Bedroom #2 on the main level, includes a king size bed and top deck access.

Bedroom #3 on the mid level, includes a king sized, bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower a full size bed.

Bedroom #4 on the mid level, includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #5 on the mid-level, includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.

Bedroom #6 on the top level over garage, includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #7 on the top level over garage, includes a king bed.

The home also includes 4 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, the third with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and the fourth with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• One small step into the main level of the home is required.
• The home’s driveway is very steep. Guests will also have access the property from the backside of the garage where no steep hill is required for access
• Parking available for 5 vehicles: 1 space in the back driveway, 2 spaces inside the garage, and 2 spaces in the front driveway.
