Located within The Getaways at Kimberling Crossing, sweeping vistas of Fisher Creek and the Kimberling City Bridge are just the beginning of what you’ll find here. Guests of the resort will have access to desirable amenities, such as the indoor pool and workout room, brand-new outdoor pool, 6 pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a playground. You’ll also be within walking distance of delicious dining options, as well as grocery for keeping your crew well-stocked in all the essentials. When you’re ready to head into Branson, you’ll be just a quick jaunt from the city’s biggest thrills including Silver Dollar City (20 minutes), the Titanic Museum (25 minutes), and of course, the eclectic downtown area bustling with shopping, dining, and live music (30 minutes).

That being said, the host believes that it will not cause any disruption to the stay of any guest, nor may the guest hold the host responsible for any such disruption. *****

Steps away, the stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing all-black appliances alongside glossy stone counters and rich wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. While outdoor dining under the shade of the balcony is always an option, the indoor table with bench style seating for 4 keeps you protected from the elements while offering up the same breathtaking views.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a 2nd floor, walk-down unit with 15 steps required for entry.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This home does not offer laundry facilities.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
Beyond the lake life that brings you to Kimberling City, this enviable location also puts you with a short drive of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Aquarium at the Boardwalk. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
