Great clean space and good location

We enjoyed our stay. The space was very well laid out, clean, and thoughtfully stocked, and we especially appreciated the little touches for our dog — such a nice bonus.\n\nThe setup made everything convenient and comfortable, and it was also an easy, comfortable drive to Zion National Park. It was clear the hosts put care into the space, and we’d recommend this place to others.

Disappointed with the pet smell in the unit, that was the first thing me and my husband noticed. It just didn’t feel super clean due to the smell. But there wasn’t noticeable dirt -except dust on the bed frame. Also, the indoor pool is unusable -it’s growing mold. So we booked mostly for that and were greatly disappointed it was not safe to use. If you have pets and don’t mind that part, then I’m sure it’s a great fit. Unfortunately I feel like the pet friendly notice was not obvious enough, otherwise I would not have booked.

I do want to clarify one point for anyone reading: the unit listing states this proerty as pet-friendly on the booking platform, and we make sure that information is visible so guests can make an informed choice before reserving. That said, I understand that sensitivities to pet odors vary, and I wish we had known during your stay so we could have sent our team to address it immediately. Regarding the indoor pool, that amenity is managed entirely by the property’s HOA, and not by our team. We reported the issue to them as soon as it was brought to our attention, as guest safety and comfort are priorities. We appreciate you noting that the unit was clean overall, and we’ll follow up with our cleaners about the dust on the bed frame to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you again for the feedback, and we hope you find a property that better fits your needs in the future.

We stayed here at a different building a few years ago and it was great. So we booked it again. Although we were on the 3rd floor last time much better. A few things are the light in the kitchen flickered and same in the bathroom. Either or it was exactly what we needed. Next time we go to Zions we will stay here again. P.S the new lazy river and slide were a hit and we always enjoy the gym. It wasn't as clean as last time but it did what it needed to. Thanks for having us.

Sweet Retreat was just that- a sweet retreat. It was clean and comfy with clear instructions and necessities provided. It would have added to the comfort if there was a coffee table or feet poufs. Overall, great.

It was very clean and when we were missing a bed, they were quick to get us a blow up mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and it was a comfortable place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable! We stayed in Utah to hike and off-road. Spent the days outdoors and the evenings relaxing here. This condo has everything you need and more. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings in our private court area. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Multiple pools to choose from as well. Two huge flat screen TVs...we were able to YouTube all our adventures we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again! Communication was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was clean, and I liked that it had a full kitchen and a patio with grill so wee could cook. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch/bed was fine too. Washer/dryer was really nice for washing sweaty biking gear after a long day of riding. I was disappointed in a few things. First, the pictures online in VRBO are very misleading. They mostly show exterior shots of a different (new) condo development next door. While it’s true staying at this unit gives you access to that new development… it’s probably a 1/4 mile away and it’s simply misleading to use those photos. Second, the directions to the unit were vague in that they took you to the general vicinity of the condo complex, not to the specific unit. We arrived after dark and so it was challenging to drive around and try to look for building ID signs. In fact the misleading exterior pictures made this worse because we initially drove to the new complex since that’s what the pictures showed. Once we finally found the right building, the check in was easy.Inside the unit, there were a couple of disappointments: there are some basic maintenance items that need to be addressed. Foremost is the fridge. The icemaker doesn’t work, and the fridge itself makes weird sounds that are fairly loud. Second, many of the light switches are broken or falling apart and don’t work properly. It takes several tries to get the light in the shower to work, for example. And the lights in the kitchen flicker in and off frequently.

This was our second time staying in the same property. We loved it so much the first time, we decided to come back two years later. We enjoyed the adult pool and Jacuzzi at the clubhouse closest to this unit; for guys who like weight training, their small gym is a cut above your typical bottom-of-the-barrel hotel exercise rooms. They take excellent care of their pools as they were very clean and available during our entire stay (obviously during pool hours). They have a new pool that kids and grandkids would love and should we come back again and decide to bring our grandkids, we will likely spend time at that other pool. There is a need for one or two minor fixes such as a broken garbage disposal, that was just jammed, and a bathroom light switch that is coming of heart and works. Truly a lovely stay and we are sad to leave. We almost requested 2 more days, but alas, duty calls!

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Retreat. It was just what we needed to come back to at the end of each day hiking to relax and recover for the next day. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were wonderful in the afternoon/evenings to recover our legs and feet from hiking. Private, but still close enough to everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
