• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the unit (please review photos for reference).
• Parking: Lot and street parking are available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Only park in the building lot or designated street spaces. Do not park in the neighboring liquor store or restaurant lots, as those lots tow non-customer vehicles.
• Pets: No pets are allowed at this property. If you have questions about service animals, please reach out before booking.
• Community amenities: Guests have access to the community pool. Availability and hours are managed by the building.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
