Nice location close to the Valley, Glacier Point, and Wawona. The place is cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, missing some basic items, but served our needs. Would stay here again next time we visit Yosemite.

We enjoyed out stay here. The property is at the back of the Yosemite West development, so you back onto trees rather than other houses. The bedrooms are on the small side, but the a/c works well which is a major plus for mid-summer visits. There's a nice deck, but strangely only 2 chairs so it would be good to bring a couple of folding chairs if you want to hang out there. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but lacks a few things such as vegetable peeler, can opener and sharp knives, so be aware of that if you plan to cook

Nice location close to the valley and Wawona. Was missing some basic kitchen utensils and we missed the washer and dryer after being dirty hiking all day. Otherwise, the place met our expectations and was clean.

Great location (inside the south gate of the national park and 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley). Host was very responsive in answering my questions about my stay. The place is cozy and clean. Will definitely stay here if I visit Yosemite again.

This is a great place and quiet. We have an infant and a toddler with us and stayed here for 3 days, so we cannot rent a tent with no heat inside the park. This place is about half an hour away from Yosemite valley, and we can come back to take a nap whenever it is needed. The view is wonderful, and the sofa bed is helpful as the driver can take a good rest while other people are taking care of little ones. Just one drawback that there is no playground nearby, so make sure the energetic toddler play hard inside the park.

Really positive experience overall. This is the lower unit of a 3 level home with its on private entrance (down a flight of stairs) and large private deck. The view is gorgeous. Because it’s located in Yosemite West, it is in great proximity to the valley (about 30 min) and even closer to Glacier Point and Badger Pass (when open). The unit itself gives you all the basic amenities you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms all came with little guest kits that had dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, etc. Remember to pack your own cooking oil. The proximity to the valley was great, because you can always pop into the market to buy basics you may have forgotten. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because upon our initial entry into the unit, we walked into a bunch of spider webs. I think it’s because we may have been the first guests to use this space in a while.

We didn't like the amount of towels we were provided with. We requested more and were told more were delivered but they weren't. There was no washer or dryer available. If so, we would have washed our towels. Instead we resorted to reusing them which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom off of the livingroom had a missing scew on the toilet seat which drove the females guests crazy. Overall it is a nice property and we would stay there again. They just need to pay more attention to the small details

This is a nice property in a good location for exploring Yosemite: basically clean, good kitchen and beds for sleeping. There were 3 maintenance items which we let the manager know need to be addressed and you might inquire if they were prior to your stay: The toilet seat bolt is missing in the common bathroom, so the seat cannot stay on. The disposal is unplugged , therefore not working. A few mice were with us and that also should be addressed. Thank you for a good stay!

The location was really good but I did not know this was the basement of a property. There are lots of steps and a kind of dank smell. Also beware there are windows in the showers to the outside.

We paid a premium price for this location - there are limited options if you want to stay inside the park. It is located in the west part of the park, about a half hour drive to Yosemite Valley which saved us a lot of drive time. It was important for us to you to start our hikes early, so we chose a place inside the park. So with that purpose in mind, the place worked out OK. However, the place does not appear as nice as it does in the photos, and our experience was not great either. We arrived at 8 pm to find that the fridge was not working. Management didn't think our perishables needing refrigeration was an emergency, so the best they would do is to send someone out the next day. Luckily the guests upstairs agreed to refrigerate our food. The bathtubs were not properly cleaned either. The neighbors were playing loud music and management said they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't their property. Overall, if it hadn't been for the prime location and management allowing us one extra hour to check out, I would have given this place 2 stars.

The host was perfect. Rapidly responsive to all inquiries. The cabin was rustic and super comfortable. The HVAC worked great. The lighting in the common room was a bit dim but some higher watt bulbs would likely easily fix that. Everything was super.

Everything was clean despite the property is a little old. The property has 2 units, A and B. The pictures from the profile belongs to the apartment A. We stayed in the apartment B which is bigger with more amenities, but a little old. I would stay there again!
