You’ll also be in a convenient location placing you just minutes by land or by water from dining options such as Branding Iron, Captain Ron's, and The Tavern at Trails End, as well as all the attractions, dining, and shopping in Sunrise Beach and surrounding towns.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes two half bathrooms.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking available for 4 vehicles.
• While the parking area may accommodate a small trailer, We do not recommend attempting to park a trailer at the house. The final stretch of the road is a narrow gravel drive, making it difficult to maneuver a trailer in and out.
• If you need trailer parking, we suggest arranging a spot at Frankie & Louie’s Restaurant, where paid trailer parking is available based on availability. Another option is to reach out to Premier Advantage Marine.
• This property is equipped with five (5) external security cameras to ensure safety and monitor specific areas around the home. There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door, actively monitoring the entrance and parking area. Another camera is mounted under the roof eave, monitoring the driveway and parking area. A third camera, mounted under the roof eave of the deck off the primary bedroom, monitors the dock. On the lower deck, there is a camera mounted on a post to monitor the septic tank alarm, and a second camera on the same post faces the opposite direction
