Housed within the popular Landings of Tampa community, your vacation begins the moment you arrive, indulging in the many desirable onsite amenities. Beat the heat with a dip in the sparkling inground pool, allowing the warm air and abundant sunshine to dry you off poolside while you lose yourself in the pages of a good book. Ramp up the adrenaline on the tennis or beach volleyball courts or work up a rewarding sweat in the fitness center.

Away from the home, begin your greater Tampa exploration in historic Ybor City as you wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic Tampa Riverwalk, admiring stunning views of the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline. No visit to Tampa would be complete without exploring its world-renowned theme parks, either! Feel the adrenaline rush at Busch Gardens or dive into aquatic fun at Adventure Island. To immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife, check out South Howard Avenue, better known as SoHo, and bounce around to one of many options for drinks and dancing.

The home's interior offers an ideal space to relax between activities, with impressive tall ceilings and an open floorplan that enhances connectivity. Sink into the luxurious living room sofa while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV. A sliding glass door opens out onto the breezy balcony, a serene venue for taking your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while you gaze out at the pond and lush community grounds.

Back indoors, the well-equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Whip up delicious homestyle meals or unpack takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant, snagging a high-top stool to sit at the counter while you reminisce about the adventures had and yet to come.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom. An inflatable full size mattress is located in the bedroom closet for additional sleeping flexibility.

The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE FOR STAYS OVER 30 DAYS:
Background Checks: Background checks are required for all guests staying 30 days or more. These screenings are conducted at the guest's expense, costing $39. HOA rejection typically only happens with major criminal offenses. If the background check fails, the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the screening fee.
Required Documentation: A lease agreement is required for all guests staying 30 days or more and must be signed prior to arrival. Car registration is required for your own parking pass (not a guest parking pass) and costs $25. This will allow guests to have their own parking passes.

Check-In Access: Arrival instructions and check-in codes for entry to the community will not be provided until the background check and lease agreement requirements above are fully completed.
Washer and dryer in home.
This home has no dishwasher.
Lot parking available for 1 vehicle. Parking pass is required and will be located in the unit upon arrival.
Gate opener will be left in the unit along with instructions on how to use it. Please keep in mind, any damage/loss/misplacement will result in a fee of $100. Make sure it is removed from your vehicle and placed back in the unit prior to your check out!
This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and hallway. Guests may notice an internal security camera located in the kitchen, but it has been disabled and is not active.
Access key card/key will be provided for guests to access communal amenities. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or misplacement of this card/key and will be charged $100 for a replacement.

Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.

I absolutely loved my stay here!! The condo was clean, cozy, and had the most amazing waterfront view. The host was fantastic. She was super friendly and always quick to respond, even when I had questions late at night (thank you for that!). It made everything so easy and stress-free. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with great views and an awesome host!

We had a long stay at this place and found it very convenient, especially for groceries and work. Lucie was excellent with communication and always responded promptly. The only downside was that the shower could use a light, it has black tiles, so it felt quite dark inside. There’s also no dishwasher, which is something to be aware of. Additionally, since the area has water swamps, there were quite a few lizards outside, and we even found a small one inside the apartment one day.
