Important Things to Note
• This condo is on the top floor; stairs are required.
• Parking: Assigned garage parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please Park on the left-hand side of Garage #40. A parking pass is required and will be in the home upon arrival.
• WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Laundry: Communal, pay-per-load laundry is available on site.
• Community amenities: The hot tub and sauna are communal; availability and hours may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
