Important Things to Note
• Sea Pines gate pass: A community gate pass is required and must be purchased by guests at the Sea Pines gate (cash only). Please keep the pass displayed in your car at all times.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: This is a 2-story home; stairs are required.
• Fireplace: Decorative only.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Communal pool: You’ll have access to a shared outdoor pool within the community.
• Pet policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Quiet Hours

Cleaning
