Host was very responsive and helpful. The appliances are top-notch, had no problems cooking for our extended family. Garage space was terrific, the rooms cozy. The ground floor is immense, the pictures do not do it justice; the fireplace sits right in the middle of the great room. The street is about a half-mile walk from the Highlands gondola, so quite well situated. Would definitely consider booking again!

The place was great. Super large place accommodated all. Had lots of things to do inside the home like pool and table tennis. Super nice! Spent a lot of time in the home. House was beautiful. Only down side was there was no air conditioning so it was a bit hot which I did not see in the description and the door knobs and locks are really tight and a little old so we had trouble opening them. But other than that the house was spectacular with a beautiful view and surrounding. I would stay here again.

The house is a natural beauty. You can really see the detailed craftsmanship in the woodwork around the house. The layout is great for large groups to gather around the kitchen or dining table. Then there’s something to do for everyone (pool table, chess, and ping pong table).

We had picked this home to celebrate our friend getting married and we couldn’t have been happier to be able to stay here! The home was clean, there was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the location was perfect, and it had so much to offer for us. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, the ping pong table, and spent plenty of time on the balcony enjoying the nice weather and looking at the stars. The home was close to the lake, many golf courses, and to downtown Truckee, so there was always something for us to do! Would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future!

The place is magnificent! The location is also pretty convenient. You can reach North Tahoe Lake in 20 minutes tops. The views from the house are amazing and the amenities in the house make the stay all the more fun!

Initially impressed by the place; very spacious with comfortable beds and separate bathroom and heating in every bedroom However our stay was very unpleasant since their support was irresponsive. First the fridge was not working at all; when reached out to supposedly 24/7 phone no one answered; sent them a message and they sent someone next day afternoon just to tell us there is nothing they can do Second the heating did not work on one of the bedrooms; temperature went down to 57 at night which was too cold for us and our toddler; all they did was to send us a small radiator after first night Third the front had two doors and one of them was open at check in and we were never told that we need to keep it unlocked at all times since we do not have the key; when we left the house we locked both doors from inside but when we got back we could not get in and were left out in the cold; called their support line and no answer; finally got in after half an hour after calling their maintenanc

Awesome property - beautiful views from the deck and we really enjoyed the amenities around the house. Hosts were generous with providing supplies to get started, like cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is the lock on the front door wasn't working, and the key provided did not open any of the other doors. This made getting in/out of the house tricky. The management company did call me to notify me of this ahead of time.

The location was lovely and easy to find. The home provided great gathering space. We had a group of 9 adults and the dining room with seating for 10 was awesome. There was a lovely fireplace that we thought we would be able to use but there was no grate in the fireplace. The master bedroom on main floor was spacious but the king size bed was unexplainable. If you even sat on the bed it made creaking crackling noise that was even worse if you made movement as simple as rolling over. I can’t even explain it. Even if you were very still it was below average on many levels. The master shower had a significant drainage problem. The shower pan would fill up with water so you were standing in several inches of water and in fear that it was going to overflow. It would eventually drain. The shower hardware was pretty weird and difficult to explain…but it didn’t make you want to use the shower. Extra towels would have been nice. The kitchen appliances were better than average. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of nice plates and matching silverware. The glassware was odd but there was enough but very little of it matched. I don’t know why it would be difficult to provide a set of matching glassware for a home that has 5 bedrooms and six bathrooms that sleeps 14. The home had some very nice attributes and equally some disappointments. We would not rent this home again in its current condition.

This is a beautiful home and close to many activities. We appreciated all the little extras in the home, including a pool table, board games, hot tub and bathrooms next to each bedroom. The host was very responsive and made the renting process seamless. We just wish there was more snow during our trip. Would rent here again.

The location is fantastic with an amazing view, but unfortunately the property has several issues. The kitchen was not clean and the cookware was all scratched (making it potentially unsafe). The beds were very uncomfortable throughout the property, and the master bed was so squeaky that family members preferred sleeping on the children's bunk beds instead. Overall, the bedding is poor quality, especially in the master bedroom. The property needs better cleaning and the kitchen equipment is outdated. Despite these drawbacks, the location and views make up for it somewhat.
