The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV (no cable). Log into your favorite accounts and stream your favorite shows. Glass walls with pocket doors lead to an outside deck with amazing lake views and a gas BBQ grill. Enjoy outdoor cookouts during the spring and summer. The kitchen, just steps away, has a slow cooker, electric stovetop, coffee maker, and more. The modern dining table has seating for 4 guests.

Additionally, you will find glass walls with pocket doors on the upper, south-facing deck, and an expansive downstairs deck adjacent to a grassy backyard with an outdoor storage closet for skis and oversized items. This home is close to all the walking/biking trails along Lakeshore Boulevard and just a few minutes drive to world class skiing!

The four IVGID-managed beaches (Burnt Cedar Beach, Incline Beach, Ski Beach, and Hermit Beach) are restricted to owners and their guests only. This rental property does not provide access, nor may guests purchase access for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to explore other public beaches in the area such as Hidden Beach and Sand Harbor in Incline Village, Speedboat Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area in Kings Beach or Moon Dune Beach and Sandy Beach in Tahoe Vista.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Guest do not have access to the private beaches but they can access the rec center pool, pickle ball courts, and the golf courses without a rec pass.

This HOA strictly does not allow pets.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and secretely hoping we can own a place like this in the future. We can't get enough of the view from the living room and the deck. When not going outside, we spent most of our time on the deck, enjoying the sun, watching the sunset, and listening to the waves and birds. Very soothing. The location is perfect - the complex is at the north end of the Lakeshore Blvd and has its own (although small) beach. It has 22 units, a small and private complex. The neighbors we met were all very friendly. The location is also close to many hiking trails near or in Incline Village. The living room has just enough furnitures. It helps to maximize the view. The kitchen is stocked with high-qaulity cooking wares. Compared to some VRBO units we've stayed, it has less cooking tools but definitely sufficient enough for us to cook our meals (we cook most of our meals at home). Our only complaint is the bed - it's a bit soft for us. BUT, everything else was great.The property management team was quick to respond to our questions and acted professionally. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Out of all the VRBO rentals we've stayed during our road trip, this one rates the highest for its view and value.

Downstairs TV was not functional. The power light would go on, but no picture, just stayed black. Tried checking all connections and also changed batteries in remote. No luck.Beautiful views.Construction ongoing in condo next door (shared wall)

We had a great week at this beautiful location on the lake. We stayed in January and the whole complex was very quiet and peaceful, and the lake views and fireplace made it very cozy. We worked remotely and the large desk in the second bedroom downstairs was a great setup for that. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook most meals there. We especially enjoyed walking down to the lakefront for sunset. Would love to stay again.

Incredible apartment, very peaceful and private. Beautiful views, private beach is so nice and a beautiful place to swim out from. Loved cooking and eating out on the terrace. Great shower, and the bed was super comfy.

Great stay, beautiful location! The only issue I encountered the front door was a bit sticky and retrieving the key during check in was difficult due to the ancient lock box, otherwise had a wonderful stay :)
