Description

The condo community provides a rec center that will give you access to the pool, hot tub, tennis, video game arcade, BBQ sites, and a playground. The central living area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, gas-burning stove, and dining table; it is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that has additional chairs for sharing a casual meal or a glass of wine. There is a master bedroom downstairs, with a timber-framed queen bed, a large closet, and lots of natural wood trim; there is also a sleeping area in the loft, which is accessible by ladder and looks out onto the living area.

The loft sleeping area is accessed by a ladder and open to the living space below without any wall or railing. This area is not well suited for small children and any minors using this area should be supervised by an adult.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 pets, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing pets, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

To use the Northstar Pool there is a $10/person charge for over the age of 4 and $2/person for towels. The maximum amount of guests per pass is 10.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 pets, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing pets, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

- Residential campfires/bonfires that burn anything other than gas.
- BBQs that burn charcoal, wood, or lump charcoal.

Our stay was grateful! And it is in a convenient place and quiet. The only thing is that we didn’t get to use the grill but besides that everything was great!

Great location! It overlooks the base of the gondola. It was clean when we arrived. I believe it was two queens and a twin bed. I didn't realize that there was a loft that had one of the queen beds and the twin in it that you had to climb up a ladder to get to. That may have been an oversight on my part.I'm used to there being some kitchen essentials there when we arrive. Maybe some salt and pepper, a few spices, and a little coffee. We couldn't find any of that. We were only there for two nights, so that was no big deal.I don't usually go to Tahoe in the summer time, but this was the perfect location to access the hiking/biking trails! My pup and i were able to walk out

Although the condo was clean there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The gas fired stove was partially on and heating room. The railing on deck appears to be structurally comprised and needs to be replaced as it is a safety hazard.

We had a wonderful stay. And, the location was great for ski in ski out. Our host was quite responsive. I'd definitely want to stay here again when we next visit Northstar!

As others have mentioned, this place doesn’t really have any extras, it’s just a place to sleep that’s pretty close to the slopes. Upon entering there was a noticeable oder, and when we left it permeated all our clothes, I had to wash our laundry right away. The upstairs loft bunk has a top mattress that was all tattered and very unappealing to look at from the bottom bunk. The parking passes left for us were not valid and from the previous year, thankfully we didn’t get ticketed or towed.

Really wonderful stay if you mainly care for location, simple and clean interior with basic kitchen supplies. Just a heads up, you should mainly beware if you are 3+ adults with joint problems, to get to upstairs beds you need to climb a ladder.

Excellent location and truly ski and ski out. We had a totally random circuit blow and I couldn’t find the breaker box. I called the help line and immediately spoke with a customer care specialist (after hours) who within minutes, was able to figure out where the breaker box was at the condo (hidden behind a door), so I could flip the circuit breaker back on. I was super impressed with this customer service. I’ve had far worse in the past from other places and was prepared for far worse. \n\nThe only weird thing is on the Airbnb listing, it shows that the loft has a bunk bed and another bed for a total of three beds up there, but on the physical pictures it only shows the bunk bed. To clear things up, there is only the bunk bed in the loft as the pictures show, not how the listing shows. I don’t know why they list it as having the third bed up there. That would have been a huge problem had we needed it and not noticed the pictures.\n\nStill 5 stars.

Great location for easy access to the slopes for skiing. The property was bigger than we had expected and very comfortable. Check in / check out process was very easy.

Had a lovely couple days here, the location is so hard to beat. We even caught a meteor shower in the evening 💫 ! I would plan on bringing your own oil/salt/pepper but otherwise the kitchen was great for what we were cooking. Hope to stay again!

Description said we'd get arrival info 3 days before and that check in time was 3pm. The info didn't come at 3 days, and we learned 24 hours before when we got the check in info that the check in time changed to 4pm. It as difficult to get past the chatbots to establish this. When we arrived check in was easy. The location was great, but the place was run down with threadbare towels, dirty kitchen (dried parsley on the kitchen wall, sticky built in cutting board, and bathroom vent caked with old dust. I didn't look in the other vents, but the place was dusty. We couldn't find the pool, but when we texted the host, they said it was a 20 minute drive away. Also, though the kitchen had dishes and pots and pans aplenty, there was no oil or any staples, be sure to bring every ingredient you need.

The room was exactly as described. Very comfortable for us. Since it was off-season, there were very few stores open in the village, so we went to town to eat and shop. We played golf at the nearby Northstar Golf Course. We were disappointed that the TV had limited access (no cable; we received a note from the owners saying the cable was not working, and we were limited to three streaming apps). We were looking forward to streaming the football game we wanted to watch, but the setup didn't allow it.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here. Our 2 boys loved the loft space and you can't beat the location. It's perfect if you want to be close to the village. The place is just like it appears in the pictures, simple and clean. But it has pretty much everything you need to enjoy a trip.

Stayed here a few times over the years, and absolutely love it. I will continue to book it during winter…so close to the gondola and board right up to the condo. Also pet friendly.
