In the winter months, you’ll be just 1 mile from Heavenly Resort's Village Gondola and California Base Area. The apartment’s vibrant interior is the perfect escape for rest and relaxation between activities, with all the modern amenities you desire in a home away from home. Relax on the comfortable living room sofa while you surf the channels, the fireplace creating an ideal ambiance for a cozy movie night. Step out onto the shaded balcony to enjoy those first few sips of morning coffee, soaking in the fresh alpine air and sweeping community views. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV and balcony.

The home’s newly remodeled guest bathroom includes a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

It was beautiful and a great place. They had little kids running on floor above us till late at night so hearing that through the floor was rough but overall it's a wonderful place.

Excellent stay for a couple and toddler. Kitchen, Pool and beach on site made it very easy to keep my toddler fed, entertained , and ready for their nap without having to travel off the property. The beach is not crowded and beautiful, especially for sunset. The property has robust security and felt very safe. We saw a young bear at the beach, so make sure to follow all trash and safety protocols. The property is near multiple places to eat. The hair dryer was broken and the host promptly brought by a new one! Please be advised that the bed in the bedroom is very firm and the pullout couch leans, fine for a toddler, but may be uncomfortable for an adult. Lastly, we did request a late checkout and did not hear back until about one hour before checkout, by that time we were already packed. However, the host did reach out and was apologetic about it, which was greatly appreciated! Overall a great place, especially if traveling with young children and we would stay again!

Lakeland Village comes with great amenities like sauna, pool, community fire pits, and easy access to the lake. It is also very close to the Heavenly CA resort. The apartment is also spacious for 4 people with expected facilities. We had some issues with cleanliness though. Our bedsheet had massive stains which should have been caught in a decent laundry. The management was responsive and gave us brand new sheets the next day. Also the patio was very dusty leaving it pretty unusable. Overall, OK stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was actually much cuter in person and the location is perfect. Everything you need is right there! Really enjoyed it a lot. They do charge you for early check-in’s and late checkouts, which was the only thing I didn’t totally love so it was a little bit more rigid than what I’m used to for AirBNB but other than that cannot complain! It was really lovely.

The apartment was generally clean with the exception of the carpets which were significantly stained. The unit had a mild musty smell. The property in general is on the older side, as evidence by a maintenance issue such as one of the elevators from the basement parking garage being out of order. The description of the property is accurate. The location is in central South Lake Tahoe on a large street, close to Whole Foods, Safeway and restaurants. The convenience to shops & restaurants was good, but it was quite busy with traffic and pedestrians right outside of the property (not a relaxing out of the way location).

The location and property amenities were wonderful. Easy walk to beach, lounge chairs, fire pit, pier were very useful. The condo had all basic amenities. Did need to get a few staples like dish soap, lotion. The couch sofa was not very comfortable like maybe it was broken, but not many couch sofas are. We would definitely star again.

Great Location! My family and I felt right at home. We spent afternoon at the private beach. Lots of things to do and nearby restaurants. My kids loved the fact that the hotel has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. I would definitely recomend this place.

Great place to stay. Front of lake, walking distance. No hassle in finding parking to relax. Feeling cold after taking a dip in the lake? Jump into their awesome heated pool or relax in their hot tubs. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the constant noise neighbors made on the top floor, though this Airbnb most likely had no control over. Seemed like that family had younger kids, can’t really blame them. Other than that, stay was worth it and convenient.

The place is nice and quiet. Short walk to a nice beach and jacuzi. Two miles from the clubs and 25$ to park down there now so come prepared for that. I quite liked that the kitchen ware was in good shape. We were there for 5 nights and for a couple of days people on the floor above were clomping around quite loudly. Overall I liked the place just fine.

Loved our stay at this property. Close proximity to restaurants and there’s a CVS right next door. Has private beach access just a short walk away. Very clean apartment, well-maintained. Kitchen well-stocked. Only thing I’d say is that the bed is very hard which may be comfortable for some people but was too hard for me. Couch was very comfortable to sleep. Wish the shower had shelves or something to put your toiletries on instead of having to put on the floor. Overall, I’d stay here again!

If you understand that the unit is 420 sq ft, you will not be surprised-why it is inexpensive compared to similar properties. All was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen and bathroom worked as expected (minor exceptions below). Furnishings and appliances, and Lakeland, are all as described / depicted. The beds were very comfortable - we all slept well. It was quiet, on the shady side of the building (better in summer), a short walk to the underground garage, one of two large, quiet pools, and a fitness center. The private beach is maybe 150 yds walk. Shopping and restaurants are across the street from the front entrance.We contacted the unit's local management team once. The hair dryer was broken when we arrived. We texted, and someone brought a brand-new hairdryer in 3 hours. We interacted with Vacasa (Lakeland development manager) staff throughout our stay. They were professional, friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent.One minor improvement would be a label on the main oven door explaining how to open and close it (lift the grip and it opens and closes easily) and a warning not to drop it (it is unsprung, and falls open almost touching the floor - the first day, one of us nearly broke a toe when they let go of the handle with it not quite latched).We had a quiet, restful vacation, with two hikes, swimming, a visit from friends, and a wedding, all with fantastic natural scenery.

This was a perfect accommodation for a family of 3 (with a 1 year old). We chose this place to celebrate his first birthday. We had to make a few little changes to the arrangements to the furniture since we had a crawler. But we managed. We used the kitchen almost everyday. The only thing is we couldn’t manage to use the dish washer. And the outdoor furniture needed some dusting. We would definitely come back! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We loved the access to the lake. The apartment had some extra amenities to use at the lake-grateful for that.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo! Location is excellent, very central, near the lake and close to Heavenly California lodge. Walls and ceilings seem very thin (can hear neighbors pretty well) but I didn’t have any issues during quiet hours.
