Description

A beautiful stone fireplace, updated kitchen, and open floor plan invite you to relax in this stunning mountain retreat. Turn on your favorite shows on the Smart TV and gather around with some hot chocolate with the fireplace on.

Wake up to crisp lakefront views and have your warm morning coffee. Make sure to cook a hearty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before heading out to Homewood!

Each bedroom has 2 beds, so you'll have plenty of space! The master bedroom has a King and Queen bed with sliding patio doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds. There is 1 designated parking spot. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Please remember to only park in your home's designated parking space, do not leave any excess trash outside, and only contact us (not the HOA at this home) for any questions.

Walk out your back door to the pier and sandy beach while enjoying the views. Take a trip on the new West Shore Bike Path to Chambers Landing, Sugar Pine Point State Park or the Tahoe Rim Trail. The West Shore Cafe is 2 miles away, great for lakefront dining. Just a 3 min drive will take you to the Homewood Mountain Resort for some skiing and snowboarding.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

This place was awesome! Right on the water and could not have been more beautiful The layout and living areas were just what was needed, simple and nice. You honestly don't even notice the place because the view of the lake was so spectacular. Swimming kayaking ,paddle boarding, boating laying in the sun etc ,etc. I wouldn't call it a private beach as its used by people from around the area but it worked out perfectly all the same. Loved it and would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and well organized. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we also loved having the electric grill outside The location was amazing, right on the beach! The pier was beautiful, the kids loved playing there, and it was perfect for pictures. The whole area was very quiet, peaceful, and private. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no A/C, but there are fans. One small suggestion would be adding an outdoor table with chairs and an umbrella, like the other nearby units, so guests can enjoy meals outside. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would definitely love to come back! ❤️

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. There was an electric barbecue. We didn 't use it, but it was available and it was clean. We appreciated that there were so many towels and blankets to use inside. We did have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. Everything in the condo was very simple to use. Nothing was complicated or confusing. We never used the fireplace, but it did work. There is a game shelf full of fun things. Our kids very much enjoyed doing the puzzles. The tv was set up with roku, so it was easy for us to stream movies at night. I recommend bringing water shoes for your kiddos, like we did, because the beach and shore can be a little bit rocky. My kids love to swim and paddleboard in the calm waters right out in front of the condo. The location can't be beat. The complex is quiet and small so there aren't tons of people everywhere. The location was wonderful. It served our purpose, but the condo is old. Carpet is worn and torn in someplaces. It also needs a deep cleaning. On the surface it was good, but several overlooked places were very dirtly. Biggest complaint was it has neighbors above and could hear every word of the TV when we went to bed and heard them walking around. Not good for trying to sleep.

Location location . Can’t beat being right on the lake and view from the living room is epic. We really loved our stay and would book again. Had issue checking in , the code provided didn’t work. After 2-3 different codes provided, the last one worked after 20 mins of back and forth with the customer support team. These things happen. Early check in or late check out was not available . Do not expect them to be.

Very clean and nice. Location had clear view of the Lake- steps away. Very comfortable and well kept We had issues getting in but immediately resolved by management with a new code. We could not get the fireplace to work as described but did not call about it. Management had clear instructions and descriptions.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for peace and relaxation with a beautiful view. I’ve stayed here twice and both times I’ve had a wonderful experience. The only problem I ran into this time was getting into the place but guest service was very helpful and helped me get inside. I will definitely continue booking here and will highly recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a stunning view

I was suspicious about the size of the condo since everyone uses wide-angle lens it seems, but this unit is really a great size & the pictures are very honest. The view of the water is breathtaking. We were there during a snow storm and the site manager cleaned the sidewalks and showed us where to park our 4 wheel rental car so we could leave safely. The only little thing I would say is they need a hairdryer in the unit, but everything else was great. The kitchen was very well supplied. Beds were comfy with lots of extra towels and linens. Note to turn on the fireplace there are buttons under the fireplace hidden by a panel. They kept telling us the switch in the right side of the fireplace which is wrong. They do have a bear safety system which we quickly learned out to use. We did see a bear swimming about a 100 yards away so we understand why they have the safety system with the cords across the doors and windows. It is a fabulous place and we look forward to booking it again.
