Description
Inside, the living room centers around an indoor fireplace with a wraparound leather couch and two black chairs arranged for comfortable seating. A smart TV provides entertainment, while a pool table adds another option for an evening indoors. The kitchen pairs black-and-gold marble countertops with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for three, and a dining table for six for shared meals. Step onto the deck for an outdoor dining setup with a table ready for al fresco meals now complete with a pellet BBQ for outdoor cooking. After a day on the lake or slopes, the private hot tub offers a place to unwind while surrounded by the wooded Tahoe setting.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a large soaking tub.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles available. No oversized vehicles or RVs. No street parking. 4WD is required for winter access. Garage space for one smaller vehicle - Ping Pong table on one side of garage
• This home is equipped with two (3) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry stairs
o (2) located at the back deck and actively monitoring the backyard
o (3) located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway
• Fireplace guards provided
• While the home does not have A/C, a whole-house fan is available to help cool and circulate air throughout the home during warmer months
• Traeger pellet grill may not be available during the winter months. Guests must provide their own pellets.

If you're looking to hit the slopes, Northstar California Resort is just a 15-minute drive away. In addition to world-class skiing and snowboarding, the resort also offers mountain bike trails, spas, pools, and a kids camp.

QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD:
In Tahoe it’s so quiet at night that you can hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all the county laws. Quiet hours are designated from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. Noise that is “an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors(s)” is prohibited after 10 PM. Outdoor lights must be out after 10 PM to enjoy the mountain stars and minimize light pollution.
FURNITURE:
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
PARKING: Parking vehicles off the pavement, on other person’s property/driveway, or on access easements is prohibited.
EVENTS & CAMPING:
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Camping on private residences is prohibited, including tents, carts, RVs, etc.
KEEP TAHOE BLUE:
Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out. Do not leave trash in garage or house, place inside bear box.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snowstorms, road closures, etc.
WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY:
Due to the potential of heavy snowfall, we recommend 4WD vehicles with snow tires, tire chains and experience driving in the snow. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common. Please always wear snow boots and walk with care on icy pathways.
FIRE SAFETY/SMOKING:
Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts and charcoal BBQ’s are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, parking lots, and open spaces.
TOWELS:
We supply one bath towel, one wash cloth per occupant and then one hand towel per bathroom.
SECURITY: Most of our homes have exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance, but we take our guests' privacy very seriously. There are never indoor cameras. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels at their homes.
MOUNTAIN CRITTERS:
It’s not uncommon at any home in Tahoe to find little mountain mice, spiders, spider webs, ants, mosquitoes, etc. Our homes have on-going extermination services but despite our best efforts, these little critters might make their way inside. If found it doesn’t mean a home is dirty, let us know and we will do our best to mitigate such findings.
BE BEAR AWARE:
Tahoe is bear country—secure food and lock vehicles. Do not leave garbage or food of any kind outside the home. Trash must be locked up in your bear-proof container, never in your neighbor’s container.
