Just as the description and photos. Great price for a great central location. Big home! Lots of space for us to be. They were very straight forward with instructions about the property which made check in and check out easy. Definite cabin vibes but we were fine with that. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently spent an unforgettable week at this charming Airbnb in Lake Tahoe, and it was the perfect getaway for our family of five! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The kids absolutely loved the cozy game room, while my wife and I appreciated the comfortable living area, where we could unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare family meals and enjoy them together. The location was ideal, with easy access to the casinos, trails, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The cabin was in a very nice and convenient location close to everything that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is an older cabin and there were a lot of cobwebs in the lights and a smell of urine in the far downstairs basement/entertainment room. We didn’t spend any time down there because of the smell it was also a bit dark and older and musty. Out in the balcony there was noticeable squirrel/mouse droppings. For the cost I feel that it would be much more upgraded and kept up. The upstairs area and balcony were great. The kids enjoyed their rooms downstairs. It was also difficult to get ahold of anybody to speak with immediately. You are directed to text and then have to wait for a response which in my case was hours. Fortunately we figured out what we had reached out for initially, on our own. Overall we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 but for the price I was just hoping for a bit more.

Bear Haus was comfortable, welcoming and plenty of space for our teens to have their own chill spaces, as well as fun communal spaces such as the pool table and multiple outdoor decks. Super comfy for our pooch, too. The neighborhood is incredible - super quiet, a forest path and creek right outside the house, and easy to access the town. As many others have said, the house is old yet super clean, comfortable and well situated. We do love to cook and the kitchen could have used a few more cooking tools. But overall, a 5-star experience.

Overall awesome! We worked the ACC golf tournament all day every day and this was a great place to come home to relax. Great for families or groups who aren’t related. Plenty of room for everyone…very quiet neighborhood…great value! Would recommend and stay here again!

The property was run down and in disrepair. The picture of property on line doesn't look the same in reality. We planned a BBQ with family. The BBQ was dirty, rusty and would not light. The screen door glass fell on my Sons' neck and back. Luckily it didnt break. There was a partially empty, large bottle of vodka on top of the refrigerator. This is triggering for some people, once seen. Stained carpets in some areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean. They outside was very run down and disrepair.

The house was perfect for our group of three adults and occasionally visiting grandkids. Bedrooms were clean and well furnished. Towels and washcloths provided. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. Loved the pool table on the lowest level. Everything was great. Thank you!

Such a cozy and real family home. We had a great stay with the kids and pups, the home is so roomy and backs onto a trail. Wonderful time!
