Family friendly, great location
Great spacious layout for family time, and 3 full bathrooms! Love the loft, balcony view, and downstairs bedrooms so everyone isn’t on top of each other. This location is so convenient in every direction, skiing, beach, town, restaurants, and a quick drive to truckee. We will be back.

The condo was nice, it looked just like the pictures. The bed on the main floor needs to be replaced. We kept leaning into the middle of the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Mini Coffee pot to small. Make sure you have everything you need before arriving. Spices, seasoning, soap for dishes & handsoap for bathrooms. No beach towels or accessories for the lake. Washing machine not working well. Pots and pans definitely need updating if you want to cook. My advice go to Costco or Walmart before you arrive at the condo ( 40 minutes away). The market in town is expensive. The condo supplies nothing extra. You will have to buy everything! The atmosphere around the complex very nice.

Thank you, George, for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear the condo met your expectations visually and that you enjoyed the atmosphere around the complex. We’ve noted your comments regarding the main floor bed and will be inspecting the mattress and frame to determine if a replacement or adjustment is needed. We also appreciate your thoughts on the coffee pot, cookware, and other basic supplies. We'll be reviewing the kitchen inventory and amenities to see what can be updated or added for guest convenience. Thank you for leaving behind a few helpful items—we’ll be sure to check what’s still in good condition and consider making those types of additions standard moving forward. While we aim to provide essential items, we recognize that small touches can really enhance the guest experience. We appreciate your suggestions and we hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable stay in the future.

Loved this place would definitely stay there again

Thank you, Jose! We're thrilled you loved your stay and would return. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen condiments. Due to local wildlife and active bear presence in the area, we keep food-related items limited for safety reasons. We hope that didn’t take away from your overall experience and can’t wait to welcome you back for another great stay!

A bit far away from restaurants so had to drive everywhere. No access to beaches in Incline Village
Anonymous - Posted: 7/29/2025
Thank you, Gabriel, for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location. We appreciate you bringing the challenges you faced to our attention—your experience helps us identify areas for improvement. Just to clarify, there is no private beach access in Incline Village for guests due to HOA restrictions that are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand this can be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. We're committed to making improvements wherever possible and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It is in a great location (4 minute drive from Tunnel Creek, Monkey Rock Trail, Flume Trail, East Shore Trail), and it is located in a quiet condo neighborhood. We loved the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, and the plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for our larger family of five. It looks exactly like the photos as well! We took advantage of the TV and roku for movie nights!

Excellent place to stay. Location allowed for easy access to lake and surrounding cities, house was mostly clean and easily accessible. Three restrooms and many towels made it easy to shower and get ready without getting in each other's way. Only gripes are stains on one of the bathroom towels, no hand soap inside some of the containers, and no dish rack (maybe we missed the rack). We ended up using the body wash as hand soap instead. There was only one towel to dry dishes which got quickly soaked, so we used lot of paper towels to dry. Visitors should consider bringing extra dish towels and extra paper towels for longer stays as there were only two paper towel rolls.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad the location and layout worked well for your group, and we appreciate your feedback. We’ll make sure to address the towel and soap concerns and will look into providing more dish towels and paper towels for longer stays. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to host you again!

The property was very clean and spacious. My family of six had plenty of room to spread out. Having three bathrooms made it much easier to get everyone ready. The dining and living area was spacious. There were puzzles and games for the family to use.The location was perfect. We went to Yosemite one day- a bit of a drive but worthwhile. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking around the lake and spent some time in Reno. The drive from the airport was stunning and only about 45 minutes. The only negative aspect was that the washing machine did not work. I contacted the company and got an automatic response that they would get back to me during business hours (completely understandable) but they did not. That was pretty inconvenient, because we had a washer full of soapy wet clothes to deal with before our return flight. We had to find other laundry facilities which used time we hadn’t planned to spend. The washer would partially fill and drain but never spin out the water and would even kick on in the middle of the night! This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars. I wish they would’ve contacted us even if they couldn’t get it fixed before the end of our stay. I would stay here again. I thought it was a good value for the money. But I would specifically ask if the washer/dryer works. Having those facilities is a decision maker for me when choosing a property since that allows me to pack less and come home with clean dry clothes!

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the spaciousness, location, and amenities. We’re glad your family enjoyed the puzzles, games, and beautiful surroundings. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the washing machine — we understand how important laundry facilities are, especially for longer stays. We’re actively working to resolve the issue and improve our communication so guests aren’t left waiting for updates. Your comments help us enhance the guest experience, and we hope to host you again in the future.

Well laid out 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 e suite. The downstairs is a bit cooler than the rest of the house, Lots of games to play, monopoly and clue and the like. Nice remote control fireplace, so cozy! If I lived here, I would add shades on the loft windows, as dawn comes early, and we could have used a dustpan for sweeping up dirt from the floor. It would also be nice to leave enough dishwasher pods for the number of days we check in. And leave extra towels (there were only 6, and we had 6 people for 4 days, but we did laundry so that was fine. The kitchen was well laid out, very fully stocked blender, kettle, coffee pot, filters, everything. No spices or condiments, you have to bring everything. All in all a lovely stay and very close to town and the diamond peak ski resort, though not walkable. A great stay and a wonderful cabin. PS, there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, and lots of extra blankets. And dish and hand soap too. So you don't have to bring those.

We all liked the condo, especially the layout. There were games and puzzles and space for all 7 of us. There is road noise, but it is not constant. Next time we’ll bring coffee filters, dishwashing soap, and washcloths as these are not provided. We didn’t have any trouble finding additional parking spots. I marked down a star because the “hosts” were responsive, but not helpful. We would stay again.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re glad you enjoyed the condo’s layout, the games and puzzles, and that it was a comfortable fit for your group. We appreciate the note about road noise and the suggested items to bring, and we’ll review how we can better communicate what's provided in the listing. While we're glad our team was responsive, we’re always looking to improve in how helpful we are, and your feedback is valuable in that effort. We'd be happy to host you again!
