With the Northstar Resort about 10 minutes away and the Squaw Valley/Olympic Valley/Diamond Peak Ski Resorts about 20 minutes away, you'll be surrounded by endless possibilities for filling your days with fun and adventure!

The condo consists of a living room, dining area, small kitchen, Queen bed. The full bathroom has been remodeled to feature a walk-in shower. There is comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) and a gas fireplace. From here, you can access the patio overlooking a park-like setting and enjoy your morning cup of coffee out in the crisp mountain air.

The new kitchen is perfect for your meal needs and is nicely equipped with a slow cooker, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and more! Be sure check out the local restaurants in Kings Beach for some great dining options!

For added fun, be sure to check out the throwback clubhouse featuring a pool table, ping pong, flat screen TV, and an air hockey table.

The location was very good for us since we were trying to be close to Incline Village. There were also a few places to hike close by. The property pics made it look smaller than what it is. Plenty of room for 2 adults. It was nice to have the kitchen, table area, and sofa. The hot tub and community center was a fun find. Check in and check out process easy. The room cleanliness was good. The only item missing was a wash cloth which is easy to buy one. We would definitely return to this property when visiting Tahoe.

The place itself was great. Super comfortable and quiet. However, I was not impressed by the third-party management company that handles the reservations. They not only charge outrageous fees if you want an early check in or late check out, but they also asked us to start a load of laundry before checkout (which is coin operated and you have to pay for). Personally, I like air bnb for your ability to direct message the actual owner. This third party management with external websites and additional fees really took away from the experience I’m used to.

From when we first walked in, we got hit with a funky smell. We would get used to it while being in the room but once we walked out and went back in the smell stayed. One of the bathroom lights wasn’t working. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

Nice and clean just not necessarily worth the price. The kitchen has a lot of amenities which is nice. A few critiques: when we came in there was a very strong chemical odor which we thought would go away but turns out it’s a room freshener, the oven was left turned on, there was what appeared to be a cigarette burn in one of the pillows, and they make you pay to do a load of laundry for the house cleaners for checkout (this shouldn’t be our responsibility so we were a little frustrated). Other than that, the place was comfortable and TV has most streaming services. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price we paid every night though…

This was a great place for the amount of time we spent in Tahoe. It was perfectly cozy and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere surrounded by nature!

Could hear the floor creaking every step the upstairs neighbor made. Shower drain was clogged. There was no coffee and no toaster, and the pots/pans were very well used. Super hard to locate the building we were supposed to be in then the apts weren’t in chronological order so it was hard to find where we were supposed to stay. They also asked us to do a load of laundry and didn’t provide detergent and it cost was $2.50. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but for the price I expected more.

The studio condo was just as described. My son and I stayed there for a baseball tournament , location was great and easy access to shopping and fields. Our only issue were the people above us were really heavy footed and were up throughout the night , making it difficult to sleep.

Studio was nice for the price. Location is a little tricky to find. There was a very noticeable smell when we walked that apparently after inquiring was told it was from the previous tenants. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and the living room curtains were broken so we couldn’t block the sun out or have much privacy:

The instructions to check in were clear, it took me a short minute to locate my room. Once i arrived it smelled a bit like sausage and did not leave throughout the stay. There was construction on the outside porch that was loud but they did communicate that ahead of time and sent me a partial refund for it which was nice. Not sure what was going on in the floor above us but it was very loud and unsettling at times, not sure what those sounds were. Overall though, the host was kind enough to have accommodated us.

The place itself perfectly suitable for two people as a place to sleep, although not the best place to spend time in my opinion as there isn’t a lot of natural light. Just keep in mind that this place is owned by a property management company, meaning you will need to repeat yourself again and again to a handful of people if you need assistance with anything… We were notified the day before our stay that the deck would be unavailable due to construction and we were offered a partial refund and late checkout, which I thought was fair, but to confirm the check out time I had to talk to chat with three people and finally call someone just to get an answer.

The good: Location, accuracy of listing.The could-be-better: (1) The site has minimal cell signal, so you’d better have downloaded the access instructions from VRBO before arriving. The unit has adequate wifi, but if you haven’t downloaded the password, etc., ahead, you won’t get on it. This is more a VRBO thing than a shortcoming with the unit because we could get texts and emails via cell, but there was insufficient cell bandwidth at the site for the VRBO app to completely connect. (2) The wifi access difficultly would have been prevented if the unit had a sheet of paper identifying the correct wifi (there are many) and its password, as well as other information about the unit and complex, but no such information sheet or booklet was present. (3) The furnishings in the unit are basic and a bit worn, and there were not even two coffee mugs (plates and bowls, yes, but no mugs?).On the whole it’s fine for a short stay and is cost competitive, but it could be improved pretty easily and without much investment.
