Pino Point Steps to Tahoe Beaches

It was a perfect home for 2 couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could walk to restaurants and the supermarket and it was close to Truckee and hiking trails.

We had a bit of an issue with the door locks. I was a little frustrated but the response time on fixing it was excellent. The team took care of it with professionalism and acted on it within minutes. The place was nice and kitchen was great. We would definitely go back😊

While the listing does match the photos, the cleanliness was less than ideal. So much hair on pillows, sheets, towels, etc! And when we contacted the property management company, they falsely promised to have the issue resolved. Which resulted in my family having to launder sheets, towels, remake beds… not ideal when we are supposed to be relaxing on vacation. Having said that, if the company had actually come out and handled the issue, everything would have been just fine. The location of the home is convenient to Moondune Beach and downtown Kings Beach. The kitchen was decently stocked. Would have loved a few pods to actually use the DeLonghi machine. I wish we could say we’d be back to this spot, but just needed more from the management company.

Cozy, spacious place. Very clean and recently renovated. Well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Very conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to Moon Dune beach and a 7 minute drive to Kings Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a good place. Kitchen is lovely and shared family space is good. Some of the upholstered furniture could use a cleaning or refresh though. Beds are fine (a little soft) but both bedrooms are stuffed with furniture. So felt cramped. Short walk to small beach. They force you to use their app to get the key code which was a bit difficult with limited cell service and travel. Just texting the code would have been much easier. Communication was prompt but often did not actually answer/resolve issue. Was told they would check on question prior to ch check in but they did not follow up. Was offered late check out via app but they never responded until I messaged via Airbnb. Keypad stopped working on second day of stay—was able to call and get someone who was able to get us into lockbox for physical key. But they didn’t come and fix so we had one key amongst four of us for the rest of the time which was inconvenient. Not to mention having to figure it out after a day at beach

We had a super cozy stay! Location was great, beds were warm and comfortable, had all the amenities and appreciated that there were a couple stainless steel pots instead of all teflon. Appreciate all the newer appliances and the A/C system with humidity :) this Airbnb is run by a multi person team so you’re not always talking to the same person, I think our request to have the driveway plowed for two cars got lost in the line of communication but other than that a very nice and cozy place to spend the week!

Wonderful property, very clean and fully updated. Comfortable beds and updated appliances, including W/D helped a lot during the stay. Location is convenient as well, close to the lake, ski resorts and local stores, restaurants. This one is on my list of repeat places to stay when visiting Lake Tahoe.

The cabin is cute and the beds were all lovely. However the couch and chairs in the living room as well as the fabric bench for the kitchen table were actually really dirty with numerous old stains throughout. Dirty like old frat house furniture. Again, the cabin is adorable but not having clean furniture makes me give a rating of 2 stars.

We had a great stay here in Tahoe Vista. The place was really clean and felt modern and well kept. The heating worked very well compared to a lot of Tahoe places we’ve stayed in, which made a big difference after being out in the cold. It’s also an easy walk to the river, which was a nice bonus. The beds were all comfortable, and having two bathrooms made mornings way smoother. The dishwasher was appreciated too, and the kitchen in general was very well stocked for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful, yet close to the lake and nearby attractions. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in Tahoe. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

The house location is wonderful—situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet very convenient for reaching beautiful sights, restaurants, and grocery stores. Inside, the house looks newly renovated. It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families with kids to stay for several days. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the customer service team responded quickly whenever we had questions. Overall, our family was very happy with our stay. This cabin is definitely our top choice when we visit Lake Tahoe again.

We loved our time in this beautiful Tahoe home! We were looking for a peaceful place on the north side of Tahoe for our honeymoon and stumbled upon this gem. It was incredible being walking distance from Moon Dune beach, and just a short drive away from Safeway and King’s Beach. The house renovations are gorgeous, and everything was clean, well maintained, and cozy! We loved this spot and hope to return soon!

Thank you very much for this property, we enjoyed our stay there. The place is cozy, the only thing is that if you are going to stay as a group of adults, keep In mind that it’ll be more convenient for for people, not six. Unless there are at least two subtle people, who easily can sleep on the bunk bed.

house was amazing inside. Well laid out, good supplies, comfortable bed and chairs, plenty of seating. Location is very conventient to public beach and safeway, with short drive to Kings Beach, and about 30 minute drive to Sand Harbor State Park which we found very good go to beach for our family

Great location close to beaches in north Tahoe, we loved walking to the beach and hiking trails which brought us to playgrounds, workout equipment, soccer and baseball fields! Such a great area, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Just checked out of Pino Point and it was a wonderful stay for my family of 5! The neighborhood is off putting at first but once you settle in it’s very secure, no issues at all. Cute, comfortable, small town vibe. We had all we needed for our 3 night stay, great location, easy to find beaches and good places to eat. The house was also very clean, which is something I appreciate so much! Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again! Also, they do warn you about bears in the summer, so us being from Hawaii we were nervous at first but we read the information on bear sightings and how to dispose of our trash. Which worked out fine.

Location is great in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. A short drive into town for food and groceries. House was clean and stocked with games and kitchenwares for light cooking. One suggestion would be to bring your own toilet paper. What is supplied is 2-ply and quite scratchy. The “host” rental group was a little tough to get ahold of at check in when we had a problem with our door code. Otherwise we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Great 2 bedroom cottage. Cute quiet neighborhood close to the lake. Safeway and kings beach a stone’s throw away. Excellent kitchen and fully equipped. I was there for a week last year and would come again.

Overall the stay was nice! Great location, cute cozy home. Unfortunately we had trouble getting into the house once we arrived- the keypad was not working properly, and we had to wait a while to get the correct code for the lockbox. Luckily staff were easily reachable via phone to assist us. The place was overall clean enough, but most of the pillowcases had old stains, most of the pans in the kitchen were sticky/oily like they weren't properly washed, and the coffee pot had some residual mess. Given the high cleaning fee, we were disappointed to see this. The house itself and proximity to the lake saved the experience

It was exactly what we were looking for - a cute, cozy cabin experience! The home is very nicely updated too. The neighborhood has a couple of run-down homes but the location was acceptable and it was a quick drive to restaurants, the grocery store, and a park for our kids. We requested an early check-in and late check-out and we were disappointed when our requests were declined. However, we really enjoyed our stay and we plan to book this place again in the future!
