This is the second time our group has stayed at this house. Like the first year it had everything we needed. House was super clean. Will look to stay here again. Hosts communicated quickly.

House was great. Communication with a third party Grand Welcome was horrible experience. Also i wanted early entrance to decorate for Christmas and i was charged 30 an hour even though the home was vacant for several days prior. I paid the day before for early entrance and did not get a code. Emailed from them next day was told i couldnt get in til 4. Called and got someone in California he had to call someone else. Finally got code to get in. Bad customer service

Beautiful place very peaceful feels safe in this location. I’ve stayed at other Airbnb’s in this area and wouldn’t change a thing. Walkable! Had sooo many other plans we never got to use the facilities in the area but they looked great! If we come back again I highly recommend this resort for your stay.

It's a beautiful house. It needs a maintenance person to go through it and fix some things. The master shower doesn't drain well, nor does the sink. The table on the deck need to be properly repaired. The kitchen faucet needs repaired or replaced. None of the TV's were useable other than a few apps that we had accounts for and then it didn't work well. Very disappointing! The floors need to be thoroughly cleaned. We honored the shoes off policy and realized that our socks were black after walking around much. There are rodents hiding somewhere. They leave their dropping at the steps of the garage going into the house. Again, beautiful house that would be a great place to stay if things were right, but for the money we paid I feel like we did not experience what is advertised. We will look elsewhere next time we visit.

Property management was not available to let us in as the code provided did not work. Luckily the garage door was not locked. Did not receive any response from Grand Welcome Bend 5 days we were there. Not sure what we would have done if all locked up. It would have been a Disaster and wedding fail for entire family. Otherwise the stay was awesome, house is awesome and EC is awesome!

We loved our stay. It was great for 2 families. Only issue really was the communication through the app. Always an animated response before a real person would write. The house was great, however we asked about certain items being available for use at the house and we were told no, only to find that it was actually available (bikes, keurig, baby gate). Not a bad problem to have, just inaccurate and unhelpful.

this property has a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well furnished with pans, cooking utensils, knives, leftover dishes, all the things that are sometimes lacking in rentals. It had an abundance of toys for the kids. Bedrooms and family room downstairs kept the upstairs living room and bedroom quieter. BIG plus for us is the clubhouse with the pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, splash pad, and work out room with a good supply of machines and weights.Totally recommend this to anyone looking looking for a larger house for family or friends.

Wonderful house for our group of 6 all wanting their own bedroom. Well stocked and nice location.We all agreed that we would love to stay there again.Wi-Fi password could be made made easier. We never got connected.

This is a beautiful and spacious house. We loved the location, which is close to key attractions like Bend downtown and Smith Rock. The deck is simply spectacular to enjoy lunch or dinner with friends, and the kitchen is very well equipped to stay in and cook in the house. The reason we're not giving it a 5 star review is because the lights on the hottub area were burnt, and the host was not able to resolve it during our 3 night stay. Additionally, 2 out of 5 beds were not comfortable at all, which is a shame because the rest of them were really nice. All in all, a good option in the region with some areas for improvement.

My group was super happy with the original booking based on the pictures and descriptions. Although the pictures don't quite do it justice. The home is larger than it appears in the photos. Which was great for our group to be able to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for our BBQ night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ample and well stocked. We also got plenty of use out of the hot tub, that was at a good temp and we didn't have to wait long times for it to heat up. If we make another trip to Eagle Crest or Redmond, we will definitely look to see if this house is available again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

It was a wonderful space, spacious, comfortable and lovely for our family gathering. We enjoyed the area around Bend and Smith Rock near Redmond was Amazing! All the walking paths were nice and viewing all the gorgeous mountains when weather permitted while leaving the house or arriving at the house. It was nice having so many bathrooms on the main floor. The large dining room table was awesome because we could all be together in one space to eat, visit, and play games. We were able to have 6 cars there(had 4) which accommodated us well. This high desert area was a different experience for many of us and we loved it. The juniper trees have so much character! We bbq’d, used the hot tub, don’t be alarmed by a lil plastic fishy in the water if going out in the dark! My adult daughter thought it was a mouse, haha! And screamed more than once! We cooked a lot and all the utensils available, blender, strainer, Keurig offered us with everything we needed.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need, is in a great location within Eagle Crest and easily accessible to everything. The communication from the property management group was terrible. They didn’t communicate. I reached out for check in details the morning of our stay as I realized I hadn’t heard anything from them. They then said a form had to be filled out first. I filled it out and then asked for checkin details. Hours later when they hadn’t responded, and we were about an hour from check in time, I called them. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then had to call back only to be told there was yet another form that had to be filled out. I asked why this wasn’t sent to me ahead of time as would be customary. I got nothing but attitude. Finally we got it taken care of and I was able to check in. The house is great but stay on top of the property management group.

We were a family of adults each of us had a very comfortable bed and bedroom- welcoming gathering areas- one in main living room and one downstairs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! We will look to use this place again!!

This home was nice and spacious for our combined families of 8 total. Beautiful location in Eagle Crest and close enough to walk to one of the outdoor pools. The hosts were very accommodating for an early check in and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home beautiful area. 5 bedroom very big and spacious 2 level house 3 bedroom up stairs 2 down with shared bathroom jack and Jill stile. Nice big living room and nice big family room downstairs. Hot tub outside of family room seats about 6 people. Big kitchen with and island in middle of the kitchen. Well stocked kitchen. Nice deck with deck chairs / table which would be great for summertime. Our only complaint was dishes were not clean every time we took something out we had to wash it. Towels we all damp in all bathrooms. Towels for the hot tub that were in a basket on a table down stairs were all damp. High chairs was in the kitchen pantry was just nasty not clean at all. The top of the high chair was out by the trash can in the garage. Other than this, the house was very nice. You just don’t expect to pay the kind of money for these houses and show up and have this kind of stuff going on. We stayed in Eaglecrest back at Thanksgiving time and stayed one street over. It is a very beautiful place..
