The home’s backyard oasis features a sparkling inground pool, perfect for cool afternoon swims between tanning sessions spread out on comfortable chaise loungers with a refreshing cocktail in hand. Find relief in the shade under the covered patio as you dine on a delicious lunch al fresco straight from the grill. Before heading out for a night on the town, don’t forget to snap a photo in front of the retro Palm Springs sign, the mountains making their grand appearance in the background.
Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, cozy cafés, and scenic trailheads taking you on the hiking adventure of a lifetime. Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in the garage.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Please note- this property is NOT pet friendly!
• Optional pool heat available for $125 per day. Pool heat is recommended in winter months only.
-Pool Heating $125 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 87 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during Palm Springs colder months. Thank you!
