Please note there is no AC in the unit, and maximum occupancy is strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
Within walking distance to Kona town and Honls beach, this cottage is ideal for those looking to explore the beauty of Kailua-Kona. Recent upgrades include new wood flooring, flagstone tiled lanai, granite kitchen counters, paint, and furnishings. The master suite features a private bath, while the guest room is situated on the opposite side of the house. The half bedroom offers a daybed with a trundle bed and is located at the entry of the house.
