Located in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona along the renowned Ali’I Drive, this home features a prime location just steps away from the azure waters of the ocean stretching out as far as the eye can see. You’ll have direct access to pristine beaches and a plethora of water activities, ensuring endless opportunities for sun-soaked adventures. Outside of the complex, you’ll have the added convenience of being within walking distance to a variety of options for shopping and dining where you can fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this vibrant area and join in on the incredible community spirit that breathes Hawaii life. Nearby, explore hiking trails that wind through lush tropical forests or embark on a scenic drive up or down the rugged coastline where dramatic cliffs meet crashing waves. Back at home, take in the majestic views and breathtaking sunsets from your own private lanai, or spend the days lounging around the community pool, turning the pages of a good book.
Indoors, you’ll find delight in the charming furnishings and décor properly representing the theme of the islands in open and airy spaces that promote connection and relaxation. Find relief from the heat on sofa and armchair seating in the living room as you catch up on episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV. Merge indoor and outdoor living together by opening the large sliding doors to the lanai and allowing the cool ocean breeze flow freely throughout the home. Dine together at the formal table with seating for 4 or snag a high-top stool at the counter for more casual bites or a quick breakfast on your way out the door to adventure. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up delicious meals right from home, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage.
This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom inclusive of a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The full ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo. A second full guest bathroom in the home includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Covered lot parking is available for 1 vehicle.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
