Welcome to your tropical retreat at White Sands Village #111, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo perfectly situated in the heart of Kailua-Kona. This inviting space offers the ideal blend of comfort and adventure for your Big Island vacation, whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby beaches, or diving into Hawaiian history. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Step inside to an open-concept living area, designed for relaxation and connection. The bright, fully equipped kitchen features standard appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen counter or step out onto your private lanai, where a dining table for four awaits for refreshing outdoor meals. Inside, cozy couches invite you to unwind with a good movie or your favorite show on the smart TV.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Primary suite: King-size bed, smart TV (live TV and streaming), ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the lanai.

I’m only giving 3-4 stars because of the location and amenities. Location is amazing, close to town and beaches. Amenities also great, all you can need in the kitchen, bbq area is nice when not all reserved, and pool/jacuzzi are kept nice. BAD: lots and lots of roaches in the kitchen. Air conditioner runs non-stop without any access to the controls locked behind a plastic box, it was freezing at times. Also because it runs non stop, there was a leak in the ceiling coming through the paint and leaking from the vents, slipping hazard and got dripped on. Finally, they expect you to do the laundry at the end, however, no soap was provided to us. We brought these issues up and nothing was done, just said thanks and said they would bring attention to the staff. Like I said, amenities are great, but I would probably book elsewhere next time.

Property - 10 out of 10.Customer service - 1/10First the property. Looks exactly like the pictures. Conveniently located. Ocean right across the street to explore.Property is good location to get to downtown Kona or go south. We mainly stayed on the Kona side of the island and all our adventures were a short drive.The property was very nice. Rooms were decent size, everything you need to cook. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the day.Now the bad. A week before we arrived, the AC unit went out. We got a message and were told there is a portable AC units and fans. No option of cancelling or getting a different room on the property.When we got there, it was very humid due to the storms. And bad air because of the volcano eruption. Wife an daughter were having respiratory issues due to this and the way to fix it is a dry, air conditioned or dehumidified room. We asked if we could pay for the nights we stayed there and get a refund for the rest and find another place to stay. We were told it’s not their fault people are “allergic to the air.” And they would check on a dehumidifier but we never heard back on that.It was miserable without AC. The portable unit worked good for the master bedroom (where they put it) but who hangs out in the master bedroom? Every other room was too hot and nobody in the rooms for a good nights sleep.Property was awesome if AC works. Customer service is terrible. They just want your

Loved the hot jacuzzi for after a day of diving and touring the island. While the beach is down the driveway and across the street, its not far at all. Beautiful little beach. Lived all the amenities of the property: refrigerator, microwave, TV's in all rooms, A/C was nuce and cool.

Location is close to a great snorkeling spot at Kahalu’u Beach Park. Short drive to downtown Kailua-Kona with shops and restaurants. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed morning walks along the ocean front.

We had a great time staying in this Airbnb. The location was easy find and having a keyless entry made it so that we could walk down to the beach (1 minute walk) without worrying about bringing anything. Below are some of the reasons I would recommend to anybody interested in renting this spot: - friendly host, very easy to communicate with - really clean, it felt like staying in a nice hotel with a huge balcony - located right next to a beach with sunset views - walking distance to church, markets, restaurants - this spot is on the edge of town, which means less traffic/congestion and it only takes driving for a few minutes to get to town I would recommend this spot to anybody who wants to enjoy Hawai’i without paying resort prices!

Great stay. We really enjoyed the location. Perfect for going down to the beach and had lots of beach equipment to borrow (snorkel, boogie boards, fins, towels, and chairs). We will definitely come back to this location if we get the opportunity to go back to Hawaii. I really loved the décor inside the place, beautiful art and decorations. We were also pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware and spices. (getting low on the good spices, hopefully they restock :)
