The bright and inviting living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the spacious private lanai. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or fire up the grill after a day of exploring the island.
🍽️ Fully Equipped for Your Stay
The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dining space for up to six guests.
🛏️ Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities and a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom is perfect for kids and additional guests with two twin beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located near the laundry area.
🌴 Resort Amenities
Guests have access to the community's large swimming pool, hot tub, lounge area, and shared BBQ facilities. One assigned parking space is included.
🏖️ Beach Day Essentials Included
To help you make the most of your island getaway, we provide 2 beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and any additional beach items left by previous guests, such as snorkel gear, floats, and sunscreen, may also be available for guest use.
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
