Single-Story Shores Golf Villa 19 - 3 Ensuite & Loft

Shores at Waikoloa Golf Villa 19, located along side Golf Villa 20- are the only single-story standalone condominiums in all of Waikoloa Beach Resort that are available as a vacation rental. Grand Welcome also manages Golf Villa 20 ideal for larger family gatherings needing an additional Villa.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use.

This luxurious Villa with 2 Master Ensuites + loft with twin beds is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, directly across from the shared BBQ and swimming pool area. The resort features lush greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, a fitness room, and BBQ stations for guests to enjoy. Central AC keeps you cool during the summer months.

You'll be just short walk away from the white sandy beach of Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). The King's and Queen's shops, less than a mile away, offer excellent shopping and dining choices. Nearby activities such as swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or taking a tour on one of the glass-bottom boats make for a perfect tropical vacation. The Hilton Waikoloa is across the street.

Enter through the double doors into a comfortable living room with seating around a 70" Smart HDTV and access to a wrap-around lanai. Enjoy outdoor cookouts on the on the lanai, which overlooks the golf course.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with upgraded appliances for preparing homemade meals. If you don't feel like cooking, there are several nearby restaurants to enjoy. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook for four, and the formal dining room has seating for six.

The two master bedrooms each feature King beds, a 50" Smart TV (with Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and an ensuite bathroom. The first master bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The second master bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower. The loft area offers two twin beds and a small work desk, perfect if you need to get some work done. There is also a shared half bathroom available.

The 3rd bedroom studio has its own private entrance and features a comfortable King bed with a 55" Smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon movies/TV shows. Complimentary internet is also provided. The kitchenette is great for a cup of morning coffee and a quick snack before exploring the island. There is a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge available. The spacious bathroom has a standing shower. There is a split system AC to keep you cool during the Summer months!

This single-story villa ensures you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up any stairs. Each room provides privacy, making it the perfect getaway for friends and family looking to relax and explore the Hawaiian island.

Please note:
• Air-conditioning in the condo is available only when the temperature exceeds 75°F. The A/C is controlled from a NEST central thermostat, and needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. Bedroom 3 has weak and spotty WiFi.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
