Hot Tub Home Near Phil's Trail Sleeps 8 Pets OK

The house is large and located in a nice Bend Subdivision. The hot tub was clean and nice after skiing. The beds were lumpy, the kitchen is full of broken and old ware. Items in the pantry with 2015 expiration dates. The carpet is quite dirty and stained, linens are old, blinds are broken and the furniture is in bad shape. The upstairs sofa is broken down with a cover thrown over it. Too gross to sit on.

The best part of this house is the location - it backs up to Overturf Park and a lovely wooded area with trails and a big dog park. It’s close to downtown, stores, restaurants, and a very easy drive out to Mt Bachelor. The house is good size with nice amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Some of the furniture is past its prime but the house feels homey overall and was comfortable for the month we stayed. If you’re not accustomed to the dry weather bring your own humidifier as there isn’t one in the house. The host management company is unfortunately pretty unhelpful. They are quick to respond initially but that’s about it.

Wow this place was one of the most stocked and comfortable Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. It felt like someone's home, but in the best way possible. Amazing location too - close enough of a drive to most things in and around Bend, but also lovely walking trails and dog park basically in the backyard. Everything was as described, if not better. Was a great place for a big group of friends to reunite and have a casual, carefree weekend.

Great stay at this location! Its right by lots of hiking. Like literally walk out the back yard hop the fence and your in public hiking. Beatiful home, lots of space, hot tub and everything you need for a full family adventure. It is also 5 minutes to Down Town Bend, while still feeling like you are in a more remote, safe and quite neighborhood. Loved our stay!

This is a great spot whether you’re coming as a large family or we had three couples and a single and it worked out great. The location is excellent and the backyard is sensational, especially for dogs.

We stayed two nights with two adults and four older teenagers (15 - 19). The weather was mild so no concerns with the house climate. We used the barbeque once and the hot tub a couple times. Ample linens and kitchen utensils. Overall, it met our expectations well. We do recommend an upgrade on the mattresses. All of them. It is fine the couches and other furniture are moderately worn, but the mattresses really can define a stay. We do certainly recommend this property to stay at. We had a very good experience with the management service. We walked to the river several times. The location was great.

We had a great time staying here! There was plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need, and a beautiful backyard and deck! (Not to mention the hot tub!). Grand Welcome Bends communication was amazing with quick responses and answering any questions we needed! They even allowed for a last second request to bring our dog. Thanks again!

We reserved this home for a girls’ weekend getaway. The home was exactly what we needed - plenty of common space inside and out. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and dinner together at the table. It could not have suited our needs better.

Loved our stay, it was the perfect home for a family gathering. Well stocked with kitchen items, towels, games and blankets. Great gathering place for a group with cozy spaces if you want some quiet time. Very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and in good working order. Large yard for kids to run. Adjacent to neighborhood hiking trails and a very close by dog park. Next time I will bring the dog. :)

Great location near trails/activities, spacious house, and good hot tub. Enjoyed the neighborhood and backyard wildlife. However, the rental's high price didn't match its condition. It’s a full-time rental with deferred maintenance, not a well-maintained home. No garage access was challenging for gear. We dealt with trash from previous guests and an unannounced spa visit. Our stay was impacted by a broken sprinkler flooding the yard, making it unusable for a day. The kitchen was disappointing: loose faucet, ineffective dishwasher, disorganized supplies, and broken fridge drawers. Outside, a broken Adirondack chair with sharp screws was a safety issue and other deck furniture was in disrepair. Inside, kitchen chairs had broken dowels, and the house felt dirty/dusty. Most seating was uncomfortable or partially broken. We reported these issues post-stay but felt dismissed. Despite location and hot tub, the numerous maintenance problems and overall condition didn’t justify the high price.

The home and the neighborhood were beautiful! The kitchen amenities were the best I’ve ever seen… From the spices to the plates and bowls to the cooking utensils. Beautiful private backyard along with the hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious. Our grandchildren both asked us to rate this a five… they loved the play set in the backyard and the Legos were used every day of our stay!

Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to West Side stores and restaurants. Just a few feet from a great biking/walking trail. The kitchen was very well stocked and the entire home had a cozy welcoming feel. Comfortable living room seating

The location of this place is great. Very convenient to downtown activities shopping and short drives to hiking and fishing with our family. It was very homey, had all the essentials and then some, could have been a touch cleaner.

This home is in a very peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to good restaurants and trails. The home is very spacious and was comfortable and homey! They have many bookshelves with books and some toys and games for kids, which we appreciated. We liked the privacy with the backyard being connected to open space. They advertise as a dog friendly home and this place very much caters to having pets (so there is evidence of them with some dog hair). Beds are on the firm side. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to Mt Bachelor and with the conveniences of Bend. The fully stocked kitchen included plenty of condiments and spices which felt more homey. The hot tub was welcome after a long day of skiing. It is dog friendly and we took advantage of the dog park which was only a few houses down the road. Would stay again!

This was all around a really amazing spot. Checking in was super easy, and everything was very clean. Hosts were helpful and communicative with us! It was a game changer having the dog park so close, we took our pup there multiple times a day! it's a really huge off leash area so it doesn't feel really busy or overwhelming. The kitchen was well stocked and full of all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, looking up at the stars! it's super close to a ton of great local spots, and maybe 25 minutes to the mountain. We felt so lucky to have been able to stay here and hope we can come back!

On the morning of our check-in, we received a last-minute cancellation due to an unexpected issue at the property. Fortunately, the property manager took proactive steps to assist us. They quickly found an alternative property nearby that offered all the same amenities we had originally expected. This thoughtful intervention ensured that our plans remained on track despite the unforeseen circumstances. Although the new accommodation came with a slightly higher cost, the manager generously covered the entire expense and promptly provided all the relevant details. Ultimately, our stay was delightful, allowing us to proceed with our plans seamlessly and as anticipated. We will definitely look to book with them in the future.
