Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed, smart TV, and shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This unit does not have a private grill. However, guests are welcome to use the community grill located near the playground
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times while on the property. Passes will be located in the home upon arrival.
• The condo is a single level with no stairs inside. However, the entrance is on the buildings third floor, requiring two flights of stairs from the parking level.
• Per HOA policy, this unit has an electric grill, which is slower to heat and functions more like an oven than a traditional grill. Guest are also welcome to use the community charcoal grill near the playground.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
• Fireplace is not available for guest use.
