🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
• Stairs are required to access the main entrance.
• Communal pool: Access to a community outdoor pool is included. Location and availability are managed by the community/HOA.
• Pet policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog (50 lbs or less) is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

Properpty is fine. Pool was not finished but we didn’t need a pool. Our original condo was canceled the day we arrived on Hilton Head. Second place was set but canceled before I could get a call back. Third place was fine but I asked for Sea Pines but got a place 40 mins away.

We had a great time. We loved that it was pet friendly and kid friendly. It would have been nice to have a bigger space for the bunk bed rooms, but we made do! We liked how quiet the master bedroom was away from the kitchen. We had a lot of pollen when we went so we didn't sit on the porch much but the screened doors were great. Lots of storage space and loved having the washer and dryer. We were there for 5 days and we brought extra trashbags, soap and papertowels. Would stay here again, but our kids are getting a little bigger so we need a full 2nd bedroom and bath if possible. thank you!

I’ve been coming down to HHI since I was a newborn, and I thoroughly enjoyed my most recent trip thanks to this great find! Perfect location right in between harbor town and the beach, this property offers everything you and your family will need for a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. I highly recommend this place for to anyone!

We had a family of four (plus a dog) stay for an extended weekend and the condo fit our needs perfectly. The location was very close to Harbortown. The place had a washer and dryer, full kitchen with plenty of utensils, queen sized bed and a bunk bed. The rooms were very clean. Very large shared swimming pool was available. Although we had a favorable stay, there were a few things that could be improved. The arrival message wasn’t specific about which exact condo we were staying in. After 10-15 minutes, we got that resolved then found that the door code did not work. I will say that the host was prompt and got us in quickly. The big issue was that the main internet connection was down even though the WiFi was working. This prevented the TVs from working since they relied on the internet. Since we were only staying over the weekend, they couldn’t seem to get the provider on site to fix the issue for us. We survived without it. All in all, we definitely would stay again!

We loved this place! Perfect size for us and our dog (also loved that it's dog friendly). Great location -- can walk to Harbor Town and even to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Shoppping center with coffee shop , quick market and a few restaurants also within walking distance. Definitely recommend. Only thing to be mindful of is it's on a 2nd floor so there are stairs and the shower/tub situation is a little tricky too if you're traveling with older folks. But both are minor and it's a great location and lovely
